C3 School

Richard's POV

It's past twelve midnight right now, my sister, mum and dad are deeply asleep in their rooms except me. Coupled with the fact that I've Insomnia, my eyes is wide open.

I turned to the left trying to fall asleep but couldn't. I stared at the wallpaper of Charlie Puth hung on the wall as her image flashed into my mind again.

After we came back from the movies, her figure keeps flashing in my mind, I couldn't talk to her because of Chris, what an Idiot!.

I quickly rolled out of bed and went out to my balcony.

Monday 7:35am

Jordy's POV

I was in the pool trying out different strokes with one of the body guards standing beside me.

I came out of the pool and saw him holding my phone.

"I'm sorry to disturb you sir, but you have a call from your mum" he said with his deep baritone voice. I took the phone and placed it against my ear

"Hello mum" there was silence as I expected

"So you arrived on Friday and couldn't come to spend the weekend us?" she said after a brief silence.

I sighed "Mum I'm so sorry about that, I will be coming over after school".

"You're still at home?" She questioned.

"I woke up late, uhm mum can I ask a question?" I asked.

"Hurry up I need to go out" I could hear one of the maids asking "Madam where can I drop it?"

"Drop it on my head, ode" she yelled in Yoruba

"Who was that?" I asked

"Never mind, so what was your question?

I turned to look at the guard staring at me. "Hold on mum" I covered the mouthpiece to prevent my mum from hearing

"Dude, can you go for a walk please? Go somewhere faraway" I said to the guard.

He nodded and walked away.

I placed the phone back to my ear.

"Sorry about that mum, so I wanted to ask why dad gave me these two stupid, large body guards?" I said helplessly

"Oh come on, don't be ridiculous, you know it's for your safety" she replied

"look mum, I can take care of myself okay, I need my privacy, they keep following me everywhere I've no peace" I complained.

She laughed instead "Mum this isn't funny oh" I added

"This is Nigeria for Christ sake, your dad is a popular politician well known in this country, all eyes are on us, kidnappers not to say the least" she said firmly.

"Please just let me have privacy" I insists

"Look we can talk about this later, I'm late for a meeting"she said and hung up.

For a minute or two there was silence but I heard the sound of a Lamborghini driving towards me.

It screeched to a stop beside the pool as a smile crossed my lips when I saw my best friend Benny walking out of the car with his school uniform on.

With grins plastered on our faces, we shook hands and pulled into a hug.

"You came back on Friday and never called your best friend? How could you do this to me? After everything I've done for you. I thought you said you loved me?" He started.

I stared at him for a second as we both started laughing hard.

"Okay just stop that was gross and weird" I said putting on a disgusted look

Benny smiled and said "We're late for school, hurry up"

"What says the time? I asked

"It's past eight" he replied after looking at his watch

"What? I shouted.

I grabbed my robe and took to my heels into the mansion.

Raina's POV

I was astonished as my mum drove into the school she said I would be starting today.

I left my jaws dropped to the ground at the sight of the big school till she drove into the parking lot.

"Mum this isn't fair, Raina's school is bigger than mine" Riley said looking upset.

"No it isn't, hers is just tall like a skyscraper and your is more wider, you know what I mean?" Mum said comfortingly.

"But I want a skyscraper kind of school" she whined.

I ignored them as I picked up my bag and walked out of the car.

I looked around the parking lot which is almost filled up with cars and bikes.

"Mum I'm not going to that school anymore" Riley walked out of the car looking furious.

"Riley your school isn't that bad" she sighed "Raina lets go"

I followed my mum as we walked out of the parking lot to the school entrance.

She tried holding Riley but she wriggled out of her hand.

We arrived at a large reception and met a white friendly receptionist who welcome us with smiles written all over her face.

Without hesitation she directed us to the elevator and the way to the principal's office.

We walked into the elevator and pressed the button to the 25th floor.

On our way up the elevator we could see outside the school, the busy street and the whole estate.

"Wow I love this school already" I blurted out

My mum gave me a little push, I turned to look at her as she signalled me to shut up, "Not in front of Riley" she said.

The elevator finally stopped as the door opened.

Jordy's POV

I finally got dressed as I turned to look at the large mirror. "How do I look buddy?" I asked combing my curly hair.

Benny who has been exploring around my bedroom finally turned to look at me.

"Holy Hell" he shouted and fell on the floor roaring with laughter.

"What's funny" I turned to look at him.

His laughter increased and I frowned "Okay you need to stop laughing and tell me what's wrong".

"Are you related to Micheal Jackson?" He said in between laughter

I looked down at my trouser and realized it was above my ankle.

"Oh my what the..." I muttered

"This is so funny, I'm posting this" he added binging out his phone and took a shot "I'm posting this"

"Did you just take a picture of me?" I said getting annoyed

"And I'm posting it right now" He said and concentrated on his phone

I laughed "That's a joke right?"

"Nope" he kept typing "Meet the new Michael Jackson"

"Hey please stop, that's not funny" I said as I reached out for his phone.

"And send" he said giving a final tap and continued laughing.

I charged towards him as we struggled with the phone.

"You need to delete the picture right now" I yelled "Give me that stupid phone"

"No I won't" he stretched it far from my reach

"Look you don't understand, I'm the son of a politician, this would spoil my family's reputation" I said struggling to get the phone

"Who cares" he replied

"Fine, you can keep e'm asshole" I walked away and quickly took of my uniforms leaving my underwear. I grabbed a jean to wear I guess I won't be wearing uniform today.

"Dude you need to check this out, you're trending all of a sudden" he yelled "Some pschos just commented on the picture"

I tightened my fist as I felt rage erupting within me.

He laughs and said sheepishly "These comments are hilarious, somebody said #cheap weed at work, another said #when they finally got your password, another said #Madness" He soared with laughter and fell on my bed.

"Shut up" I dropped the jean and charged towards him

"Whoa chill dude" he stopped laughing

I quickly pulled the phone out of his hand and head down to the back of my bedroom towards the pool.

Benny ran after me, in rage I tossed it into the pool.

"Why did you do that? it was a joke okay, I only made it look like I took a picture but I didn't"

"Who cares, next time don't try such an expensive joke" I walked back into my bedroom.

I brought out a t-shirt from the wardrobe, I turned to look at him as he took off his uniform and dived into the pool.

Serve him right for playing such stupid joke.

He walked back into my room holding his phone and uniform

He ignored me as he dried himself with my towel.

"I'm sorry about that" I said slipping my legs into my Jean

"You're lucky my phone is water resistant" he said angrily

In haste I tried to zip up and it mistakenly grabbed my d**k

"Oh shit" I screamed as I froze in pain

"What is it" Benny turned to look at me

"The zip got my little man" I yelled in pain

"What" amused he walked towards me and saw my flesh attached with the zip.

He fell back to the floor and began laughing so hard

I tried to zip it down, but it's stucked

"Ahhhhhh, please help me" I screamed while Benny kept rolling on the floor
