C11 CHAPTER 11

Freddy drove into his garage immediately. He got down from his car and slammed the door. He opened the door angrily and met Shannon, Lucille and Bob in the living room. Shannon went to hug him immediately asking, “How was work honey?” Freddy pulled out of the hug silently and Shannon asked, “Are you okay Freddy? What's wrong?”

Freddy sat down, “I'm sure your sister would explain it to you when she gets home from work....besides why didn't you tell me she was working?”

Shannon was confused and said, “I really don't know what you are talking about Freddy. Stacy isn't working.”

Freddy laughed, “I'm sure she must have lied to you. She is the managing director of the company I wanted to work with. She even changed her name.”

Shannon looked at Lucille and Lucille asked, “Are you sure of what you are saying Freddy? Stacy isn't working. She was even about to ask you if she could work under you.”

Freddy dropped his suit and continued, “Listen ma'am, Stacy threw me out of her office with security. I just left there now.”

Bob said, “But Stacy has been home since, for over an hour.” Then he called out, “Stacy! Stacy!! Come out now!”

Stacy came downstairs immediately and greeted Freddy. Freddy didn't answer and yelled, “How could you throw me out of your office Stacy!?”

Stacy looked at all of them and asked, “What is he talking about? I don't have an office.”

Shannon stood up and said, “Everybody calm down. Stacy sit.” Then she went in front of them, “I know what Freddy is talking about. He met Olivia.”

Stacy nodded saying, “Yes yes. That could be the reason.”

Freddy was confused and asked, “What are you guys talking about and who is Olivia?”

Shannon explained who Olivia was and Freddy said, “Oh, that really explains why she was angry at me....but....when will you meet her Stacy?”

Stacy sighed and said, “Well, I promised myself not to look for her because of some things that happened years ago.” She explained all that happened and Freddy said, “It doesn't matter Stacy, she's still family. One day, you will meet her, your paths will cross and there's no going back.”

Stacy sighed, “Thank you uncle Freddy. Then she went upstairs.

Olivia was pacing in her office when Danielle came in. Olivia ran to hug her and Danielle asked, “What happened Olivia? Are you alright? That reminds me, I learnt you were rude to one of our clients.”

Olivia scoffed, “Did you really believe I could do that mom? I'm not a monster. He just didn't listen to me and he was a pervert.”

Danielle sat Olivia down saying, “I'm sure he wasn't. I know Freddy. Anyways, you don't have to panic my dear, one day you would take over this company.”

Olivia asked, “What if Anna comes around mom, would I still take over?”

Danielle shook her head, “Yes my dear, this would be yours. If Anna comes one day, she would take over the other company. The international one. That's why your dad isn't always on seat. He's helping with it.”

Olivia was very angry inside of her and smiled saying, “No problem mom. I hope we find her so that we can get along.”

Danielle pulled her closer saying, “I'm sure you guys would definitely get along.” Then she said, “You would be meeting with my very good friend tomorrow. She has been wanting to meet you though. Although I won't be coming with you.”

Olivia sighed, “Well, if its not about work, I'll be glad to. What's her name though?”

Danielle smiled, “Her name is Liliane Roxelle.”

Olivia nodded, “Cool....well, let's go home. I hope to see her tomorrow.” Danielle smiled and they left the office.

Stacy was in the dining room arranging the cups when Shannon came in and pulled her hair. Stacy struggled and Shannon yelled, “Do my family really have to be involved in your family?”

Stacy was in pains as she struggled saying, “Let go of me Shannon! You're hurting me!”

Shannon pulled her hair harder saying, “You idiot, look at what your evil sister did to Freddy, she embarrassed him!!” Then she threw her to the ground. Stacy stood up in pains and said, “What did I ever do to you Shannon? You have always been so nice to me, but ever since I grew up, you have started to hate me.”

Shannon scoffed, “You have no place in this house Stacy! Go back to where you came from!” Then she went to slap Stacy and pushed her on the floor again. Lucille ran downstairs at the sound of Stacy's voice along with Bob and Freddy.

Lucille ran to Stacy and asked, “What's going on Shannon? Why are you doing this to your sister?”

Shannon yelled, “Stay out of this mom. I've been quiet for a long time. She needs to be out of this house.”

Lucille shouted, “Stacy has never done anything to you, so just let her be. The next time you try this, I won't even care how old you are, I would discipline you.”

Shannon scoffed and yelled, “Everything has always been about Stacy. I wished I had gotten rid of her when I had the chance.”

Lucille moved close to her and slapped her hard on the face, “I didn't raise you like this Shannon.” Then she took Stacy upstairs. Bob followed her and Shannon went to her room immediately. Freddy came in some minutes later and sat beside her saying, “You really didn't have to do that Shannon. Stacy's your sister.”

Shannon wiped her tears, “I know that Freddy. I just got carried away by the way she was treated when I was young.”

Freddy leaned close to her saying, “Even if your parents gave her what they didn't give you then, at least you grew up to have more now.”

Shannon sighed, “Oh,mom will be really mad at me. I got to fix this.” Then she kissed Freddy and left the room.

Lucille was comforting Stacy when Shannon walked into the room slowly. Stacy wiped her tears and asked, “What do you want Shannon?

Shannon sighed and said, “Mom can you give us a minute?”

Lucille patted Stacy and left the room. Shannon sat down and said, “I'm really sorry for how I acted Stacy. I just got jealous and carried away.”

Stacy sniffed and said, “I just didn't think you would drag my family into this. I know I'm not your sister but you are my family. I'm really sorry for what Olivia did to uncle Freddy.”

Shannon pulled her into a hug, “I'm so sorry Stacy.”

Stacy pulled out of the hug, “I need to go out...I need so air.” Then she stood up and left.

Shannon came downstairs and met Lucille cleaning the center table. Lucille ignored her and Shannon went to hug her from behind saying, “I'm sorry for how I acted mom.”

Lucille turned to look at her saying, “I really don't know what went wrong with you Shannon. Why would you do that to Stacy?”

“I'm so sorry mom. I understand you are mad at me, but forgive me please.”

Lucille smiled at her saying, “You are my daughter, I would never be angry with you. Come on, let's go upstairs.” Then they went up the stairs.

Stacy went into her room some minutes later and took out her laptop. She searched for her parents company and found it through google map. She stood up and went to her closet. She searched for her necklace and said to herself,

“I'm going to find you Olivia. I'm going to make things right. I need to meet my parents, no matter what. I need to know who my mother and father are.”

She went to her bed and clutched the necklace to her chest at she slept.
