C13 CHAPTER 13

Olivia got to her office and Rose asked, "Olivia...so early! How was the meeting?" Olivia scoffed, "Really Rose!! You are at this again this morning!! What meeting? I'm just arriving." Then she sat down.

Rose was confused, "Are you trying to avoid the discussion? Don't you worry...I won't push."

Olivia was getting angry and stood up yelling, "What the hell is wrong with you Rose? What stupid meeting?"

Rose dropped her files and said, "Relax Olivia. Your meeting with Mrs Liliane Roxelle."

Olivia laughed, "I haven't gone yet. I have to go in a limo."

Rose smiled, "Olivia are you trying to be funny? You came so early this morning and you left. That's why I'm surprised you are back early."

Olivia sat down, "What are you talking about Rose? Get my limousine. I have to go now before I'm late."

Rose was confused and said, "You just left in the limousine. The limousine won't come back Olivia."

Olivia paused and raised her voice, "Did you not hear what I just said?! Get my limousine now!!"

Rose was trembling already, "But....you...I mean....who....can't....."

"Just shut your mouth and get out of here!" Olivia yelled and Rose left the office immediately.

Olivia slumped down to her chair and kept on thinking of what Rose said. She stood up and paced round the room for a while. She then dialed her mom's number.

"Hello sweetie!"

Olivia sat down, "I need to ask for Mrs Roxelle's contact. I want to call her."

"Alright darling, I'll have Rose give it to you now." Then she cut the call.

Rose came in seconds later and dropped the number on her table, bowed and left. Olivia took the number,put in her bag and stood up. She collected the address of Mrs Roxelle's home from Rose.

She collected the key of her car from her driver, got into it and drove there.

Minutes later, she got to the front of the house. She parked in front of the gate and got down. She was wearing a black body hug gown. She opened the gate and walked inside. She met a maid and she asked, "Where is Liliane?"

"She isn't in ma'am. She left some minutes ago."

Olivia was about to go, then she paused and asked,"Did you see me here earlier today?"

"I really don't know ma'am. I'm just resuming for afternoon work."

Olivia nodded and she went into her car and drove back to the office.

Olivia sat on her chair and was in a deep thought. "Could it be that Rose saw Anna?" "Could it be that Anna was the one who saw Liliane?" She snapped out of her thoughts when she heard a knock on her door. The door opened and Rose entered with a young lady.

Rose cleared her throat saying, "Olivia, this is an order from your mom. I'll be going to the other corporation for a week and you'll be having Molly as your personal assistant."

Olivia looked at Molly and Molly bowed her head.

Rose continued, "I'll be dropping all she needs in her office. I wish you all the best Molly....and you Olivia." She smiled and left.

Molly was wondering why Olivia stared at her. She asked, "Is there anything I can help you with ma'am?"

Olivia shook her head, "Not for now. So tell me, how's your life?"

Molly shook her head, "I really don't understand ma'am. What kind of life?"

Olivia scoffed, "Call me Olivia. I hate too much respect, most of them are usually fake. I meant how are you doing financially?"

Molly nodded," Oh right, my mom's a trader and my dad works in an investment company."

Olivia looked at her from head to toe, "I see. The thing is I don't want a less privilege working with me. I have fancy friends and if you are less privilege, you can't move with me."

Molly was hurt by what she said but she composed herself and said, "You don't have to worry Olivia. I'm capable of anything. I have to go to Rose now." Then she bowed and left.

Stacy opened the gate slowly and went inside. She opened the front door and met everyone sitting down, waiting for her. She was shocked.

Shannon asked, "So Stacy, where have you been?"

Stacy closed the door, "Oh about that, I went to the bank...long line at the bank."

Shannon smirked, "I thought you said you wanted to look for a job."

Stacy nodded, "Yes! Yes I did! But at the bank."

Shannon walked towards her and said, "I know you are lying Stacy and if you don't tell me the truth now, I'll take your phone for a whole week and you'll be grounded."

Stacy laughed, "It's not as if I'm obsessed with my phone. Take it if you want and up till now, you don't believe me."

Lucille stood up, "Alright that's enough...both of you."

Shannon shook her head, "No mother, she's lying. She's keeping something away from us and she needs to say it now."

Stacy answered back, "Listen Shannon, I get it, but I need my own privacy. I'm not a kid anymore and you don't have to know all the places I go to."

Shannon yelled, "You piece of...."

"Piece of trash right! I get it Shannon." Then she went upstairs.

Stacy was using her laptop that night. Then she stood up and picked up her phone to check Dolph's number. She knew she couldn't call him yet even after she had promised she would, but he didn't know she wasn't Olivia. She paced round the room and thought of what to do. She was out of thoughts, put her phone down and drifted off to sleep.

Olivia got home and met Liliane with Danielle. Danielle hugged her and said, "You are right on time sweetie. Liliane was just telling me about how you two had fun and you meeting her son."

Before Olivia could talk, Liliane continued, "Yes yes. I'm so happy they got along. I can't wait for them to hang out even more."

Olivia looked at Liliane and asked, "Was it by any chance this wasn't the outfit I wore to see you?"

Danielle asked,"What are you talking about Olivia?"

Olivia smiled, "Nothing mom. I guess I'm just stressed and tired. Have to go now." Then she went to her room.

Olivia slammed the door immediately and flung her bag angrily on the floor. She looked at her mirror and said to herself,

"I just hope all my thoughts about this are wrong. Anna, this mustn't be your doing. If I find out one way or the other that you have been meeting my people, you will regret this "
