C14 CHAPTER 14

The next morning, Stacy got dressed and went downstairs with her bag. She met Shannon sitting on the couch in the living room. She sighed and said, “I'm going out.”

Shannon asked, “Oh and where is that? Besides, aren't you supposed to be going with Freddy, he agreed to help you just like you wanted.”

Stacy sighed, “What's your deal with me Shannon? Can't I even go out now?”

Shannon stood up, “Of course you can....come on...go.”

Stacy looked at her,“Whatever you are planning Shannon, it's on you.” Then she left.

Olivia got to office earlier than usual. She met Molly standing by her door and asked, “What are you doing there?”

Molly bowed, “I just cleaned your office.”

Olivia shook her head, “Are you that clueless? Don't you know that's the work of the janitor? This is crazy.” Then she looked at her outfit, “What are you?, a ghost-buster? This outfit is ridiculous. Go inside the closet, I keep clothes for occasions like this. The A drawer.” Then she walked inside her office. Molly sighed and ran to the closet. She opened the drawer and took a flowered red gown and wore it. She went to Olivia's office and met her making coffee. Olivia looked at her and said, “Now that's it. My friends are coming over today, try not to embarrass yourself.” Molly was about to go when she said, “Make sure you call me when my friends get here. Their names are Letty and Julia. Do not forget! It's an order!” Then she took the coffee cup and left.

Molly was sorting out some files when Stacy walked up to her. Molly looked up and immediately stopped what she was doing, “I'm so sorry Olivia, I didn't know you were here.”

Stacy smiled, “Molly? I like your badge. Can you show me to my office?”

Molly was confused and asked, “Olivia, is this some sort of test or something?”

Stacy said to herself, “I wish you knew who I was.” Then she answered, “Yes, it's some sort of test, just in case you are to direct a client.”

Molly nodded, “Come with me ma'am.”

They were about to go when two people came running towards them and calling, “Olivia! Olivia wait up!!”

Stacy looked at them, “Hi?”

Letty hugged her tightly, “Oh dear sweet Olivia, it's been long. Don't tell me you've forgotten me so fast!”

Julia laughed, “Of course not, she can't possibly forget about you Letty. I mean look at her...she made something good of herself.”

Stacy managed to smile, “Yeah right, Letty, it's been so long....and you.....I mean...” Then she turned to Molly, “Introduce them.”

Molly immediately remembered what Olivia said and she continued, “Miss Olivia, your friends, Julia and Letty are around.”

Stacy looked at Julia, “Of course you are welcome Julia and you Letty....so....I have to go now.”

Letty laughed, “Oh same old Olivia, full of tricks...we agreed to go out today...come on...let's go...the limousine is outside.”

Stacy said to herself, “Not again.” Then she looked at them, “I don't know guys, I feel tired.”

Julia nodded, “Yh, even from the way your hair's packed, you never pack your hair.”

“Oh really?!” Then she remove the band holding her hair and smiled at them. Letty shrieked, “I can't believe we are doing this after how many years....I have posted it on my Instagram page....just remains cute pictures at the mall.”

Stacy was out of words when Julia said, “Come on, let's go. I booked the mall already.”

Molly bowed at Stacy saying, “Have a great day ma'am Olivia.” Then they left.

Inside the limousine, Letty and Julia were drinking and partying already. Letty asked, “Are you okay Olivia? You look kinda pale.”

Stacy smiled softly, “Oh about that, I'm actually fine. Just trying to get myself together.”

Julia asked, “So, any luck in your parents about your twin?”

Stacy looked up immediately and said, “They are still on it though....I'm sure they will find her soon.”

Letty dropped her glass and said, “Ugh! That's the main reason you need to be ahead of your parents....I mean they are so desperate to find her.”

Stacy wandered what she was talking about and said, “It's not easy to loose a child Letty.”

Letty scoffed, “Olivia, since when did you become so soft? You got rid of your sister when you were little and I'm sure you can do it again now.”

Stacy was shocked at what she heard and stammered, “Yeah...yeah...I...did.”

Julia rolled her eyes, “Not this again, we are at the mall....it's time to party!!” Then they all got down and went inside the mall.

Meanwhile Olivia was waiting impatiently in her office. She wanted to call them but decided not to since they were the one who planned the outing. She stood up and was pacing around when her phone buzzed. She picked it up immediately,

“Hello?”

“Oh hi Olivia.” It was Alexa in her British accent.

Olivia sat down, “What a really really long time Alexa.”

“Of course, after you made me leave your house then.”

Olivia rolled her eyes, “What do you want Alexa? And for the record, you left on your own.”

“That's in the past. Anyways, I'm even surprised you picked up your call, I thought you would be partying with Letty and Julia now.”

Olivia sat up, “How did you know about that?”

“You know how Letty is, it's on her Instagram.”

Olivia shook her head, “Well, yes...we are hanging out together today, I'm waiting for them, they'll be here soon. Thanks for calling.” Then she cut the call.

Olivia paced round once again and thought, “What if I somehow see Anna once again? I really can't get that girl out of my head since Liliane's incident. What if she was the one who went there. Oh...Anna....I promise you....”

At the mall, Letty and Julia were busy picking all they wanted. Stacy went over to them asking, “Aren't these clothes super expensive?”

Both of them laughed and Letty said, “Olivia, something's definitely up with you today. Well, nothing is expensive since all bills are on you, like it always were.”

Stacy heart skipped a bit, “What!! Bills on me!!”

Julia picked up a skirt, “You surprised?”

Stacy smiled, “Of course not....I...need to go to the restroom, you guys go ahead.”

“Oh yeah, that's my girl.” Then she left.

She went to the cashier immediately and said to her, “Excuse me ma'am. You know I came in with those two girls. If they are true, they are to pay for all they bought okay. I didn't get anything...I have an emergency...” She ran out even before the cashier could talk.

Letty and Julia carried all they bought to the cashier and the sum was $150,000. The cashier, whose name was Amy said, “Your money is $150,000 ma'am.”

Letty nodded, “Yh...Olivia is paying for that.”

Amy brought out the receipt, “Well... ma'am Olivia said you guys would be paying for your goods.”

Letty looked at her immediately, “What the hell are you talking about? I said my friend is going to pay for it.”

Amy nodded, “I understand that ma'am, but she left already and said you guys will have to pay for it.”

Julia rested on the counter, “So you are saying Olivia left without dropping any money.”

Amy nodded and Letty called Olivia immediately. Olivia was in the bathroom in her office, so she didn't hear the phone ring.

Letty groaned and looked at Amy, “Keep these clothes, I'll be back to get them.”

Then she left with Julia to Olivia's office.

Olivia was walking down the stairs when she heard Letty yelling her name, “Olivia!! Olivia!! You bitch!!!”

Olivia came downstairs immediately and yelled,“What took you guys so long? I waited for hours.”

Letty went towards her and slapped her, “You betrayer!!”
