Mc is trash. He needs help from pills and elixirs just too get through body refining stage 5. Pretty obvious he should be some king of supreme or something in one of his lifes. He absorbed a so called evil dragon god memories and is using his techniques. He things its good but cant even get past qi stage without pills. His talent is also trash probably gonna awaken a bloodline and it will shoot up. Seems there is gonna be higher realm enemies
