C8 I Am Looking Forward to the Life after the Marriage with Miss Qin!
As she thought about it, any lingering nervousness vanished completely. She glanced at the man beside her and said, "You know, you could still stop the car now. Once we reach our destination, there won't be any turning back."
She was giving him one last chance to choose...
"I’m looking forward to life with you, Miss Qin," he replied, just when Qin Anan thought Han Lv might not answer. His deep, gentle voice carried a hint of teasing.
Qin Anan looked up and turned her head, meeting Han Lv's gaze directly. His eyes were strikingly deep and dark, reminding her of the phrase "his eyes hold the stars and the sea." It seemed the perfect way to describe them.
Half an hour later
Qin Anan was still in the passenger seat, but now they were heading back. She looked down at the marriage certificate in her hands, feeling a bit surreal.
From now on, she was a married woman.
She didn’t know how far this marriage with Han Lv would go, but she was determined to fulfill her role as a wife.
Feeling his gaze on her, Qin Anan put away the marriage certificate and flashed a perfect smile at the man beside her. "Congratulations, Mr. Han, on becoming my husband."
Han Lv looked up at her smile, a faint smile of his own appearing. "The honor is mine. Congratulations to you too, Mrs. Han."
Watching the scenery fly by outside the window, Qin Anan suddenly remembered they had just gotten their marriage certificate. Curiously, she asked, "So, what do we do next?"
Should they each go back to their own homes, or was she supposed to go with him to his place? The thought made her inexplicably nervous.
Sensing Qin Anan's nervousness, Han Lv pondered for a few seconds before saying, "I'll take you to my place first so you can get familiar with it."
Qin Anan hesitated for a moment, then nodded, "Alright."
Since they were already legally married, living together was inevitable, so it made sense to start now.
Suddenly remembering something, Qin Anan quickly looked up and asked, "By the way, do we need to meet the parents?"
After all, neither of them had met each other's families yet, but given their new status as a married couple, Qin Anan thought it best to ask Han Lv.
"We'll have dinner at the family home tomorrow night. If your father wants to meet me, just let me know in advance," Han Lv replied, glancing at the woman beside him.
After their arranged meeting, he had looked into her background, so he was aware of her current situation.
Hearing Han Lv's words, Qin Anan turned her head slightly, nodded, and agreed, "Okay."
Han Lv nodded lightly in response. Although he knew Qin Anan was attractive, seeing her smiling face now, he had to admit she was exceptionally beautiful.
Today, Qin Anan was dressed very elegantly. Her long black hair was tied into a ponytail, revealing her forehead. Her delicate features and porcelain-like skin were complemented by a simple white chiffon blouse, which added a touch of freshness and grace to her already striking appearance.
