My fears that were awakened by the dream began to slip away as I lay in Hazel's arms. I listened to her heart beating, while she combed her fingers through my hair softly. I felt safe, I was no longer scared. I pushed the dream out of my mind because that is all it was a dream that was a result of my fears. I would do everything to protect her so that it would never become a reality
