Coming home from the hospital yesterday was a whirlwind of emotions. As I walked into my room, I was greeted by an overwhelming sight. Balloons of all shapes and colors adorned the walls, flowers in every hue imaginable filled vases on every available surface, and a mountain of gifts piled high, creating an atmosphere of celebration.

Just a day ago
