C3 Three

"This is all your fault " her uncles voice kept on ringing in her ears as she washed the plate in which they ate with,why did she do that to him? She thought as she rinsed the big tray.

its been a week since they lost their farm land and the whole family blames rumaina for their lost. she was engrossed in her Washing until she heard someone's voice in their house so she ran to go check who it was and she saw mallam bello her uncles friend speaking to her uncle

"the city brat has bought our village and he says we only have three days to leave this village" he said with so much saddens in his voice

"why? Why is this boy so wicked?. how can someone this young be cruel" her uncle said looking unhappy

" where do we go ?should we just abandon our houses because of him" her uncle said as he walked slowly with mallam bello to the entrance

"I can't let this happen " rumaina thought as she followed the backyard to go look for the city brat because she knows he'll still be around for she has heard some rumors that he leaves in a beautiful bungalow nearby,she ran in full speed asking everyone she comes across on the road, if they know where the bungalow is located and one man told her that the bungalow was not that far away from the new village road which is close to the city so she took a bike to where the new road was.

After the long ride, she arrived at the bungalow and the house before her wasn't just beautiful. it was magnificent though it was little probably because the city brat was only there for the contract,she ran to the gate where she knocked and it was opened by a short gate man who let her in with no fuss,so she ran to the main door where she ringed the door bell and it was opened by a woman who seemed to be his maid.

"where's sir ?" Rumaina asked, breathless.

"I'll go get him but what name should I tell him is here to see him" the maid asked.

"tell him RUMA is here to see him" ruma said as she caught her breath.

"ok ,I'll tell him ,take a sit" the maid said as she walked into a room which was covered with a curtain

"sir a woman is here to see you,she said she's ruma" the maid said to Mr Amir sheik who was busy on his laptop

"ok I'll be there " he said as he switched off the laptop and left to go see who it was ,he walked through the curtain were he found a young girl sited on the couch and she was busy biting her finger

"ruma " he called as he walked in front of her just to find the egoistic young woman he met in the village

" humm ...wow you followed me to my house " he said as he sat on the couch.

"I didn't follow you ,I came here to warn you, stay away from our land " she said with so much bravery.

"I've bought the land and I have prove for that " he said walking into the curtain and he brought out some documents.

"here's the court order that Say's I've bought the land" he shoves it at rumas face ,

"so get your ass out of my land ,I've bought the whole village " he said

"how could you do this to innocent people" ruma said ,tears falling down her eyes

"that tear on your eyes ,I just love it and for your Question,I could do that with money " he says with a smirk

" let us be " she said in tears

"you know this is all your fault ,shoving corn meal on my car wasn't that bad ,but slapping me was the killer ,your villagers are suffering because of you " he said pointing at her

"its me who you wanna get back at not them so please just leave this battle between me and you ,leave my village out of this " she said as she wipes her tears

" you know its this arrogance of yours that I just like " he said sitting on his couch "and I will not leave your village ,I've waisted my money on buying it from the government so shuu get your village self out of my house " he said walking into the curtain and she followed him without any hesitation.

"what do you want ? Do you want my apology ? OK I'm sorry " she said kneeling before him and he just smirked

"leave my house " he said picking up his laptop but she hesitated and still began to beg him but he just gave her deaf ears and that got her mad so she decided to leave but with a warning "you're proud of this fame of yours aren't you ? OK ,I'll make sure this fame turns to shame " she said before leaving and as usual he smirked .

"we'll see then "he said to no one in particular.

Ruma on the other hand took a bike and went back home were she found everybody looking stressed and unhappy

" rumaina where did you go to " her uncle asked as she walked in.

"I went for a stroll " she lied and he just believed her because that's what she normally does.

"you all should get ready ,because we're leaving this village in three days " her uncle said with grief Audible in his voice

"OK " rumaina said walking into her room but within her she knows she'll go no where for she has a plan to get back at the city brat ......
