C6 The Seer

Just as the alpha said, the seers arrived at their house early the next morning to decide the fate of the two boys.

“Young master Ezra, young master Asher, the alpha demands your presence in the main hall.” Their butler said standing and knocking on each of their doors.

“Ahh.” Asher came out groggily.

“Don’t tell me you were still abed with our destiny at stake here!” Ezra scolded him as he came out of his room.

“Destinies? Brother the only thing at state here is your birth claim to the throne because with my looks I will get that girl a lot faster.” He smirked.

Asher is your typical playboy, he is known for being ruthlessly handsome among the girls.

Ezra gnashes his teeth together, fisting his arm and walking away from Asher who just laughed at him.

As much as Asher loved to tease his older brother, he was always rooting for him secretly, as Ezra always protected him even when he was at fault, he loved him but he also wanted a chance to be alpha and show Ezra how much he adored him would only give him an edge of over him.

“You know young master Asher, Prince Ezra is just worried about you two, if you start going to the human high school, you will lose a lot of the privileges you have here.” The butler said before walking away.

Alpha Ethan and Luna Claire stood side by side while the entire council stood on their left, the seers were in the center with the two princes.

She held an incense bowl over their heads as she started.

“Oh moon goddess, grant us with your presence, give us your vision, over these two boys.” She prayed and Claire smirked.

“This is a ruse, Ethan, I tell you.” She whispered to him before she suddenly started convulsing, disturbing everyone except the seer.

“Let us know what your heart says moon goddess, allay our fears and grant us utterances.”

Just as she if she finished Luna Claire stood up as if she was in a trance and pointed at the two boys.

“Find Luna, bring her home and you may ascend the throne, find Luna bring her home and you may ascend the throne, find Luna bring her home and you may ascend the throne.” She said thrice before she collapsed as Alpha Ethan caught her.

He beckoned on her handmaid to come help her and they took her away.

“Nothing here says that my sons have to transfer school?” He raised his eyebrow at the seer's question.

“Well, that’s because Luna didn’t finish what she had to say, you can wait till she is awake to find out everything but Luna is human and they need to go to a school for humans.” The seer said again.

“Hmm, I see.” Alpha Ethan rubbed his chin and Ezra and Asher exchanged looks their father only did that when he had to make a difficult decision. “Well, I guess we will have to wait for her to wake up for us to know the absolute truth.” He turned to his council. “Start the transfer process and I need you to come with me Blake and you too Ezra, we have a new guest in town and we have to go welcome them.” He said turning to leave.

“Human?” Beta Blake asked as he followed the alpha out of the room.

“Try to get as much information as you can on this Luna,” Ezra whispered to Asher as he got up from his kneeling position following his father out.

Astrid woke up late, extremely late, she didn’t know when she passed out but she started to hear voices downstairs as she got up, groggily rubbing her eyes, she walked out of the room without taming her red wild hair.

Her hair was all over the place.

“Mom?” She called as she got down the stairs. “I think this house is haunted..” she paused as she saw three pairs of shoes that she had never seen before.

Two large ones and a medium-sized one, she followed the shoes up and beheld the three biggest male Adonis she had ever seen.

“Mayor Rivers, this is our daughter, Astrid, we are sorry to disturb you like this,” her mom apologized to the mayor but Astrid was transfixed on their faces they were drop-dead gorgeous.

“Well, that is one wild hair you have young lady.” The one in front with the chiseled jaw and red eyes said.

Astrid snapped out of her trance and touched her hair, it was flying in all directions.

“Shit!” She cursed running upstairs to go hide.

“Please don’t be offended she is very shy.” She heard her mom apologize to them.

“It is fine, I am sure she will fit in well with the rest of the town.” The same man said, his voice was so deep and the baritone is the type that made your knees weak.

Astrid heard retreating footsteps and ran to the window in her room, she saw them all walk out, and suddenly the one with the medium feet looked up at her room and caught her eye.

Her breath caught in her throat, he had pitch-black eyes and they looked like jewels under the sun, he seemed to be looking at her as well.

Astrid shut her windows and ran to her bed, she cuddled up on it as her heart started to beat erratic.

“Oh my god.” She didn’t know how she could see his eyeballs from where she stood but that boy was gorgeous.

“Astrid, are you okay?” Her mom came in knocking on her door.

“I am fine Mom, but who were those people?” She asked curiously.

“Oh that’s the mayor and his vice as well as his son, it is tradition here, they come to visit every new family in town and they were just coming to check Up on us.” She said dismissing whatever notion was in her heart.

“You would probably be in the same school together, come downstairs and have breakfast will you.”
