C1 Meeting in the Toilet

Tong City International Airport.

Xu Huanxi, her vintage suitcase in tow and silver heels clicking, had her long hair swept into a neat ponytail.

Despite the summer heat of Tong City, she donned a trench coat, which at a glance seemed unbearably warm.

Feeling the heat herself, fresh from Australia's winter, her attire was understandable. She darted into the restroom, swiftly changing her clothes, her eyes betraying a tumult of emotions—she was on her way to the hospital to visit a gravely ill family elder.

...

Meanwhile, a flight from the United States touched down in Tong City.

Chu Rusi made his way into the airport terminal, exuding a minimalist elegance in a crisp white shirt, black slacks, and a black mask, his eyes hinting at a storm brewing within.

He approached the VIP lane where representatives from the Chu Family awaited him.

"Good day, Mr. Chu, is everything to your satisfaction?" The driver inquired with a respectful bow.

Chu Rusi acknowledged him with a nod, his gaze icy.

The driver swung the car door open, revealing two grim-faced men in black, muscles coiled in readiness.

Trouble was afoot.

Chu Rusi straightened up, "Inform grandfather that I've arranged to meet a friend. I'll return home later on my own."

Tension crackled in the air.

The car's bodyguards exchanged a glance and lunged at Chu Rusi. The family's orders were clear—this man must not set foot in the Chu household.

Chu Rusi's reflexes were lightning-fast; he slammed the door shut, causing the bodyguard to collide with the window, spider-webbing the glass with cracks. It looked painful.

He let out a carefree whistle, catching the driver's impending move from the corner of his eye. A swift elbow strike and he was off, sprinting past obstacles, unable to shake the persistent tail. His return to Tong City was already full of surprises—they were keen to eliminate him before he could even settle in.

How intriguing.

Chu Rusi made a beeline for the main hall of the airport, casually mentioning to a security guard that there was an armed assault underway. When in trouble, it's always wise to seek out the police.

As airport security engaged with his pursuers, Chu Rusi slipped into the restroom. After a brief pause, he pivoted and made for the women's facilities, pushing open a stall door to conceal himself.

Grasping at straws, he flung open the gateway to an uncharted realm.

Inside... there was a girl, clad in form-fitting attire, her figure striking save for the unsightly scar marring her lower belly.

Yet, something about her features struck a chord of familiarity, though he couldn't quite place where he'd seen her before.

Xu Huanxi's eyes suddenly grew wide, glistening with unshed tears. How on earth did this man get in?!

Before she could even muster a response, he had barreled in, silencing her with a hand over her lips, pinning her against the cool tiles. His voice, muffled by the black mask, came through in a hushed command, "Shh, keep quiet, or else—"

He didn't get to finish. Her tears cascaded down, prompting a moment of silence from him. Why was she crying? He wasn't a villain, after all!

A commotion erupted just outside the restroom. They were on his tail, relentless in their pursuit!

His face grew stern, his demeanor more foreboding.

Xu Huanxi collected herself, her thoughts momentarily on her grandma, which had overwhelmed her emotions. She nodded slightly; she didn't want any trouble. She would stay silent.

Chu Rusi cautiously released the woman before him. Seeing she remained quiet, he stepped back, keeping a respectful distance.

Her alabaster form captivated him, her curves subtly veiling the most enticing vistas.

She caught his lingering look and her expression soured. Snatching up her gown, she shielded herself and spoke with a light yet firm tone, "Are you still watching?"

Chu Rusi let out a teasing whistle, "Quite the sight." Despite his cheeky words, he turned away, conceding, "I'm just here to lay low for a moment. I'll be leaving soon."
