C212 Alliance Assembly

The alliance actually referred to the nine alliances in terms of Sovereign Continent, which were also named after the names of the nine continents. When the alliance was established, it was actually just the other continent students who were far away from home who had formed their own groups, trying to help each other out. But after a while, they formed a larger group, and on top of that
