C5 The wedding night

Even though the media didn't understand why Yin Du was assisting Tin Sue, they couldn't dare to go against Yin Du.

The reason their strategy had worked so well was beyond even Jin Yue's comprehension. She had anticipated that it would require several days. "Tin Sue, tell me, are you being supported by another company?" she asked.

"No," Tin Sue shot back, glancing at the man sitting next to her. "But, I am actually receiving assistance from someone behind the scenes. I can't, however, yet disclose who it is."

"Hehehe, that's okay. We'll discuss it later. I'm satisfied just looking at Mo Jagan's distressed expression!" Jin Yue figured Tin Sue had her family's support.

She was unaware that Tin Sue had, in reality, abruptly transformed into Chan Rai's wife, the King of Entertainment.

"Are you trying to use this opportunity to leave Haiyra?" With grace, Chan Rai cut the steak in front of him and asked.

"No, leaving them so easily would be letting them off too easily. "I'm going to topple them from their elevated position," Tin Sue declared. In addition, I've already made the decision to get back into modeling. Sadly, I'm not as popular as I once was, which is why Haiyra might be useful.

"You are angry, which is why you are acting this way right now. What happens if you eventually stop hating?"

Tin Sue assured Chan Rai, "I will not regret what I have decided, let alone go back." She had the capacity to love with all of her heart. She could use her bare hands to rip the other person to pieces when she was angry.

In addition, a fair amount of time had gone by since Tin Sue's public humiliation on stage, and Mo Jagan still hadn't even given her a call to see how she was doing. Rather, he had divulged information that could easily bring Tin Sue to disaster. She was determined not to let Mo Jagan to injure her once more.

Though Chan Rai said nothing, he was already fascinated by Tin Sue.

Tin Sue was not foolish—instead, she was extremely intelligent. She promptly confessed everything in front of Chan Rai since she knew there was nothing she could conceal from him. Nothing was held back, good or terrible; trust was the only thing that existed.

"I've asked my assistant to get this hotel room ready. We're staying here tonight. My house is not enjoyable.

Tin Sue nodded, her ears turning red. "Up to you..."

In the meantime, Mo Jagan was circling around, attempting to reach a consensus with his business associates and the media. In addition to the news of Long Feng's pregnancy, he didn't even consider Tin Sue or give a damn about where she was at the time.

Tin Sue trailed closely behind Chan Rai as he escorted her to the presidential suite following a lovely meal. Remarkably, it turned out to be a wedding suite rather than just any old presidential suite.

Chan Rai prepared so much for her in such a short amount of time that she couldn't help but be touched by his thoughtfulness. There was no way they would have acted the same way if it had been someone else.

Tin Sue was showing signs of uneasiness that Chan Rai could detect. Turning to face her, he took off his suit jacket and added, "I'll take a shower first to give you some time to think things over. We are able to postpone our wedding night forever if you are still undecided."

As she watched him go inside the restroom, Tin Sue was appreciative of his consideration. However, because they were already married, what authority did she have to force Chan Rai to put up with her immature lack of decisiveness?

With this thought in mind, Tin Sue flung open the door and went into the restroom. With a startled expression on her face, Chan Rai hugged him tightly and said, "I do not regret!"

"Are you certain? You won't be able to change your mind once I've claimed you as mine," Chan Rai forced himself to stop. His sensual, deep voice had the power to hypnotize listeners and leave them in a stupor.

"I am sure."

When Chan Rai heard her reply, he relaxed. He took Tin Sue by the waist with one hand, his lips meeting hers. He took off her dress, which was now drenched, with his other hand.

Tin Sue's thoughts were racing. This was the most wonderful kiss she had ever had—one that was making her lose control.

Tin Sue stood beneath the shower and glanced up at Chan Rai. Fully enthralled, she scrutinized his attractive appearance. His eyes were staring at her with a passion that made her want to eat her whole, and she could not help but notice the diamond-shaped mole on his earring.

But even when it was time to move things along, he took his time. Rather, he covered her with a towel and brought her outside to the bed, draped with rose petals. Then, with his armor already on, his towering frame crashed into her. But as he was ready to penetrate her, he sensed a barrier...

Tin Sue let out a pained cry.

He wrapped the blanket around her, but Chan Rai withdrew swiftly.

At first, he reasoned that Tin Sue couldn't have done this for the first time because she worked in entertainment and had previously dated Mo Jagan, but now he was certain that she had never done this kind of thing before.

"What's wrong?" When Tin Sue saw that Chan Rai had paused, she had to raise her head to ask him a question. She had a pretty flush to her face.

"Let's do it next time." While he was taken aback, Chan Rai also felt guilty for misinterpreting Tin Sue.

"Are you not satisfied with me?"

"If I had continued going, you would have been hurt." Trying to restrain his desires, Chan Rai dressed in his robe and went back to the bed. "Why didn't you tell me you had no experience?" he said, not wanting Tin Sue's first time to be a terrible one.

"How was I to bring up something like this?" Huddling up against Chan Rai's shoulder, Tin Sue answered. "I knew you would have found out yourself."

"Anyhow, what happened just now? Did we really do it?

"You've become Mrs. Chan, whether we did it or not. You are unable to flee." Following his speech, Chan Rai got up, helped Tin Sue up, and said, "Let me see if you are hurt." before making his way to the restroom.

Tin Sue couldn't help but chuckle as she saw the anxious look on his face and said, "You are nothing like how the outside world portrays you."

"How did you think I would be like?" After gently setting Tin Sue inside the bathtub, Chan Rai switched on the water.

"A dictator who has total authority over the life and death of his performers a person who lacks common sense."

"To other people, I am indeed like that!" Chan Rai said it honestly. "But you are different. Since you are my wife and are so trusting of me...I will show you my true self."

"However, Tin Sue, I must warn you"

"A lie is a lie to me. I will never forgive you if you violate my trust."

Satisfied, Tin Sue's nose nearly touched Chan Rai's as she said, "What a random occurrence; I am the same."

Technically, their physical relationship had barely progressed halfway that evening. However, a stronger bond had formed between their hearts.

Tin Sue woke up the following morning to the dazzling light of the sun streaming in through the window. She was surprised to find the space next to her vacant.

Though Tin Sue mistakenly believed that Chan Rai had already departed, he was really in the living room, patiently waiting for her while looking through some documents.

"I've set you up with some fresh clothing in the restroom. After you've showered, we'll head out."

Tin Sue turned to face the restroom and nodded dutifully. Her phone rang at that very time, and it was Mo Jagan.

With a charming raised eyebrow, Tin Sue looked at Chan Rai nervously and said, "Do you want me to pick it up?"
