C16 Chapter 16: The beginning.
Michael didn’t mean to forget the old lady but any man would forget and be out of his mind and do something stupid once driven to insanity being burnt into crisp over and over again.
Michael said to himself ‘fuck how could I forget the pain of the old lady if I myself am suffering so much already’
Michael at this time he had entered the system space and even after time running slower he only had 10 seconds of time because the acid was going to be dropped on the old lady
Michael asked “ system how can I run faster than the thing I threw, tell me how can I save the fragile old lady without touching her? Even if I run I don’t think I can cover her ? I cannot run at the speed of sound so how to save that old lady?”
System said “ remember the mornings training? Due to your body melting constantly, your physical capabilities have become twice its original you were able to travel 200 meters in 1 second at your fastest speed but now you are able to travel 400 meters per second which means you at your fastest will be faster than the speed of sound.”
Michael didn’t need anything else and opened his eyes and he just ran! Since druid was in Michael's way he decided to use him to increase his momentum he decided to use druid’s back leg as a starter to change his sprinting posture to a rocket, his speed increased further Michael could actually see all the drops of acid that were going to land on the old lady. Yeah and he just slapped them away, but since the wind pressure was tremendous the old lady was blown away but since the old lady was a supernatural she could handle this much, the old people in this world are far stronger than the 21st century people. Somehow Michael was able to stop himself before slamming on the old lady, Michael landed next to the old lady butt naked showing her his full glory display
Few drops of acid landed on michaels back but they could not even leave a scratch,
Michael said “ hey old lady get far away as you can and keep what happened here as a secret because I am not strong enough”
Old lady didn’t say anything as Michael was untying her in the end she asked “what is your name son ?”
“Its Michael” said while a flash of murderous intent swept his eyes .
“Michael, aren’t you that sussy boy that I killed yesterday? You are creepier than a zombie, let me become a hero by getting rid of undead existence like you” said white while sneering at michaels back
Michael turned around “pretty words coming from a shit for hire”
White said “druid let him see what we can do if we work together even though we are considered as d class assassins we believe we are the best in the d class”
Michael said “man.. lets get this show over already”
As soon as he said this Michael charged towards druid and tried to throw a punch, the punch was no ordinary punch it was faster than a normal bullet and Michael put all his weight while punching but to Michaels surprise the punch that could wreck a hole in the wall easily could not scratch druids face, druids body didn’t move a little bit because he had made his weight from 100 kgs to 2 ton and to move a that much weight was no child’s play.
Michael strained his fist and said “owwie”
At that moment druid pierced his hands in michael’s chest, (instant death) his hands were painted with Michael’s blood and said lets see how are you able to breathe properly when I myself will not let you recreate your body.
Michael was in the system space and said “ you stupid or something”
Michael said “ system start the absorption process”
System said “ foreign body detected analysing the body before absorption process”
Michael age – 16

Speed – 400m/s

Foreign body analysis complete 1 second until submersion
In the outer world druid kept knocking michaels body to a pulp by smashing his knees on Michaels stomach, it was as he knew Michael could feel the pain of his kick
Michael said “ wait until I come back I thought I would leave you since you had no hand in my death but now you have a hand in my chest so don’t blame me for the next part”
Michaels upper body disintegrated into atom like miniscule pieces and entered druid’s body
Michael could now enter druids consciousness and to michaels surprise The consciousness of humans was not as messy as he thought it would be
System taught Michael “ any person whoever they are could not function without energy and the soul is the main intangible energy but to store that energy it needs a storage unit that is the human body , ever thought that you feeling a rush of energy while running and exercising, or learning something new ? that was because your soul was growing and once the body is not capable of making the soul stronger the soul detaches itself from the human body and the purpose of human body is diminished and it starts to die”
Michael “ can soul contain memories?”
System “ soul has many things in it and memory is a part of soul, but the major factor of a soul being good or bad is driven based on the memories it contains and one day all the souls in the world will merge into 1 and will create another god. ”
Michael said “ woah ! isn’t this gods top secret or something?”
System said “ yeah it is and but even if everybody knows it, nobody can do anything”
Michael “ so can I absorb the good parts of his soul ?”
System “ no you couldn’t, not right now at the very least”
Michael “ so if I absorb the body of the gorilla would I become stronger ?”
System said “ your durability would increase from 0.25 to 0.50”
The miniscule particles had entered into druids body and druid started to feel pain and he was punching himself to remove Michael from his body, michael’s lower body part was being stomped by white because white knew his sulphuric acid solution wouldn’t leave a scratch on michaels body even the insides of michael’s body were resistant to his acid attack and his physical body was not strong enough to actually damage michaels thing! so all he could think of was to stomp on Michael’s thing to release his frustration and his bluff of working together with druid didn’t work ! seeing druid on the floor he realised that Michael was not some random fellow , he started to doubt that he had crossed path’s with gods favoured child.
he could not stand properly and decided to make a run for it because he could see that his partner druid was going to kick the bucket, he ran and realized that the old lady is his only ticket to safety. He ran at full speed towards the old lady and the old lady had already travelled a long distance since even an old lady could run at super human speeds but not as fast as a normal speed ability user.
At this time Michael began to absorb druids body and druids blood and body turned into golden substances and begin to travel towards micheals remaining body until it formed into perfection and the last thing Michael said before killing druid was
"You were a piece of shit in this life, now leave this world and let me eat you up."
Druid died painfully not because of the physical pain but he didn’t want his last moment be with a guy telling him such lines
Michael “the last sentence didn’t come right. Anyways where did that acid guy went’’
System said “ isn’t that obvious, lets finish him off”
Michael asserted “ not that easily. Let him die unpeacefully. Can you produce a knife for me?”
System chuckled “ definitely”
Michael ran and could actually see white catching up to the old lady as soon as he was about to use his ability to harm the old lady Michael aimed the knife in such a way that it pierced white’s Achilles tendon and white screamed in pain and fell on his face and the only good thing was his face was inches away to crash with dog poop.
michael complained “ I was hoping your face would fall on the poop but I could not take the risk, anyways its not too late”
Michael dragged whites face and dumped it on the poop not just that after a few seconds Michael commanded white to “eat it”
White cried “ kid please leave me I have a mother at home waiting for me to comeback she doesn’t know anything I do”
Michael grunted “ huh, so you are willing to do something like that to someone else’s mother and keep your mother in dark”
White didn’t have anything to say because he himself didn’t know when he strayed from right path he never thought a thorough person like him would experience such a situation. He asked Michael “ if you had such amazing power why did you not kill me that day ? no that doesn’t make sense! You found something precious didn’t you ? was it an artifact or a technique or innate ability ?
Michael said “ no wicked! none such you surmise though the truth will unearth when you leave this earth child!”
Michael said “ I am not that bad of a guy so I will just cut you piece by piece until you die”
White face contorted in pain when Michael dismembered his first leg finger , then second and then started with the hand fingers after that he dug out 1 of whites eyes and still didn’t dug out the second one because he wanted to make him see who caused him such pain and after that he started to easily slice off whites hands as if he was slicing a carrot into even pieces
He told system to stop the bleeding after each slice to not let white die! it was gruesome but it was nothing compared to what Michael suffered just a few moments ago.
Okay I think it is okay for him to die. as soon as Michael finished he saw that a wild dog came to him and wagged his tail asking Michael too relinquish his kill for the dog.
Michael said “ anyways I don’t understand respecting the dead when they are such an evil thing. Anyways he gave up on the right to not get eaten since he started hunting humans. I say it’s a good end for a shitty assassin ”
Of course the dog started to feast as soon as Michael step aside and now the mutant dog opened his mouth wide took a big bite and it was not at all cute. As Michael said “ shoo” the dog ran and dragged white’s body with itself. It was not that Michael was insensitive it was because the dog really looked hideous.
Michael consoled himself that this was the best thing he could do and he didn’t only do this because of the hate in his heart. Well humans do take lives of animals so does that mean I could justify killing each and every human? All i know that assassins should die, so I can be sure I did not over did it. I guess torcher was kinda like overdoing it but I gave him less pain then I received so technically he is in my debt.
Michael said “ system, it was good that you made so that the old lady is oblivious of her surroundings, its over now remove the hallucination trick you did on her.”
Michael approached the old lady but before reaching the old lady said to Michael “ son this was your first time killing someone right ? was it necessary?”
Michael admitted “ it was”
Micahel said “ shit its already been an hour now. Old lady where is your home towards? we can use their car now”
Old lady said “ my name is dora and I can drive you to your school first I am fine and I can go by myself”
Michael said “and my name is Micheal jones, I study in pines hills high school”
They both sat on the car and Michael took the drivers seat because he wasn’t dumb enough to let an old lady do a mans work.
During that ride they talked about their interests and grandma dora described how she fell in love with a person who she could depend on and gave birth to her son which was the second best thing that happened to her because her grandson was the one she loved more as of now. And when Michael asked the name of her grandson she said “ no need to know as of right now. anyways we arrived near your home.”
Michael asked “ how did you know”
Grandma dora said “ your eyes became gentler just a moment ago as if you were thinking of something pleasant”
Michael “ yeah I was”
Michael said “ goodbye grandma dora ”
Grandma dora mumbled “ its not goodbye but the beginning.”
