Damian angrily returned his guests and his face was serious when he confronted Monique's parents. He did not speak and continued the meal, and so did the three guests.

After they ate, he brewed coffee for the two adults. "Can we talk in private?" He turned to Monique and asked.

"Of course," Monique agreed and immediately told her parents that she and Damian would talk first
