Episode fourteen :The planned coincidence .

Oliver was also stylishly parading in front of the Maximus house. He hoped that Mandy got his message when he told her that he was going for a stroll. He had been waiting for Mandy for a long time but she was taking longer than expected to come out.

He was about to give up and go home, when he heard the sound of footsteps approaching the gate. He quickly adjusted his shirt and moved a little bit further from the gate.

He heard the gate opening and turned around, when he saw that it was Mandy, he took a few steps forward, he didn't want to seem like a stalker.

"Oliver? Wow, what a coincidence!. I wasn't expecting to meet you here."Mandy said as she shut the house gate.

"Yeah, actually... I already left the house... I left the house the moment I ended the call but when I got to the gate, I realized that my phone wasn't with me so I had to go back to the house and get it."Oliver quickly made up a lie after stuttering for a while.

"Is that so? ."Mandy asked, moving closer to him.

"Yeah, where are you going? You seem pretty dressed up."Oliver asked while assessing her.

"Who? Me? Pretty dressed up? I didn't search my whole closet or try different dresses on, I didn't even apply any make up, in case you are thinking I washed it off and I definitely did not spend time in front of the mirror trying to get a perfect hairstyle. "Mandy kept blabbering and Oliver immediately knew that she was actually stating the things that she did and was pretty excited.

"You didn't ask any of that, did you? Sorry, what was your question again?. "Mandy asked after regaining composure.

"I was curious and simply wanted to know where you are headed to, should in case, we are taking the same route, I would like to walk with you.

"Yeah, it is the same route, I'm just going to get something from the supermarket down the street, it is not like it is my first time or anything, what I mean is, I do this almost everyday... No, not everyday, I meant sometimes."Mandy said and chuckled nervously.

"Okay... How did you know that it is the same route? Oliver asked with amusement, he is really enjoying the way this whole thing is going.

"Um... I thought... I just guessed actually."she said and scratched the back of her ear before giggling nervously.

She knew she was acting strange but her brain couldn't just think right or formulate anything, she had to pinch herself to caution herself."Mandy, what are you doing?" She asked herself silently, she didn't want Oliver to hear so she even bit her lips while whispering so that the words wouldn't go out but Oliver who was looking and listening to her with rapt attention heard loud and clear.

"Well, you guessed right, I'm actually going that way."He announced and Mandy's face lit up.

"Okay then, "Mandy said trying her best to conceal her excitement.

"Okay, so shall we? ."Oliver asked, stretching his hand towards her and she took the outstretched hand without hesitating at all.

While strolling, they passed the supermarket and Mandy didn't stop to get anything. Oliver noticed this but didn't say anything, so far, he has enjoyed being with her and didn't want to get uncomfortable.

They talked about a lot of things and learnt a lot about each other, they wanted to continue their walk but the sun was already setting notifying them that time wasn't on their side, as much as they enjoyed themselves, they had to call it a day but not without promising to meet up with each other the next day.

When Mandy got home, the nanny was setting the dining table but she told her that she was not hungry. Who could have that laughter could replace food for Mandy, the always eating, always munching being.
