Episode five:The temptation

When he got to Mandy room, he didn't bother to knock and just went in.

His eyes almost bulged out of their sockets on entering the room. He wasn't expecting to meet Mandy.

Mean while, Mandy was changing her clothes, the towel she had on only covered her lower body. They were both shocked, Maxwell quickly turned around and used his two palms to cover his face., Mandy on her part, quickly used the blanket that was on the bed to cover herself. When she was sure that the blanket was covering her body, she turned to face Maxwell and told him to sit on the bed while she goes to the bathroom to change properly.

Maxwell couldn't say anything, he simply nodded his head and sat down on the bed like Mandy suggested.

When Maxwell heard the bolt of the lock, he released a breath he didn't realize he was holding. In his sitted position, the sight he saw kept replaying in his head, he couldn't get the sight of Mandy almost nude body out of his head. At that particular moment, Maxwell no longer viewed Mandy as his Sister, he only saw her as a female... He kept shaking his head vigorously just to get the sight of his head.

Albert knocked on the door and told Maxwell that he is already leaving, Maxwell quickly offered to escort Albert and Louisa hoping that he will be able to get the weird thought out of his mind. He told Mandy that he is going to escort Albert and Louisa, Mandy said her farewell to Albert from the bathroom. Maxwell opened the door and proceeded out of Mandy's room.

After Albert and Louisa left, Maxwell stayed outside a little bit longer to enjoy the cool breeze and allow his thoughts to sway with the air.

When Maxwell came back, he saw that Makayla and Mirabella are already asleep. They were both sprawled on the couch. He shook his head in pity of them and muttered "Alcohol". He was going to call Mandy to get a blanket for the two but decided against it, he went to the laundry room and got a blanket for them each. He covered them with it, while he was covering them... None of them stirred and Maxwell registered in his brain never to allow neither Makayla nor Mirabella to taste alcohol again.

In order not to invite the devil, Maxwell didn't go back to Mandy room, he headed for his room. When he got to his room, he saw Mandy sitting on the bed, legs crossed.

"Oh devil!... Please not Mandy." Maxwell said within himself and stood at the door. Mandy raised her head up and saw her brother, Maxwell leaning on the door.

"Louisa, left her hair pin on your bed, I guess I will just give it to her at school." She said and dropped the hair pin beside her on the bed.

"Why are you clenching your fists?. "Mandy asked looking at Maxwell intently.

"Nothing..., "Maxwell said and sat beside Mandy.

"Am sorry for not knocking earlier", he apologized.

"Oh, that?. It is nothing... After all you are my big brother. " Mandy said innocently.

"Why are you not in your room?. "He asked hoping she would tell him that she simply came to take something and leave.

"Am spending the night with you, have you forgotten that nanny is not around, my bed feels empty. "She said, stretching and yawning.

Maxwell wasn't sure he heard her properly but he knew very well that if he heard her well. Then, there's trouble!.
