C2

A small rain began to fall from the sky as I looked up at it. She muttered an expletive while hurriedly searching for a cab.

You are welcome to enter, and I will keep you warm. She complained as I winked, raising her palms in exasperation.

Are you still here? Angered, she inquired.

"Always."

"Let's go! Where is that woman? Is she there? The stunning woman in front of me began to panic as a shout came from a distance. I stiffened up because I wanted to defend her. I didn't like how tense she appeared. I yearned for that ferocious, insane spirit to return.

I offered her another heart-stopping smile that always worked with the ladies when she glanced down at me. I could see how she was purposefully losing her willpower.

Say, "Open the door." I grinned, ecstatic at her alluring instruction as she shouted as she began to round the front of the automobile. I pushed the door open after unlocking it, and she entered while crossing her arms across her chest and shutting the door behind her. Before turning to face me, she munched on the chocolate while holding it in her palms.

Her look was savagely mutilating my heart.

Why are you looking at that? Drive." I smiled as I pressed the gas pedal and sped across the highway as she ordered.

"What's your name?" She bit her lip in response to my question and took another bite of the chocolate.

No concern of yours. I smiled, already liking her. She smiled back with a cynically sweet grin.

You're donning a wedding gown, right? Her groaning as I asked caused me to smile even more.

I eloped after my wedding. She responded without hesitation, and for a little instant, something flickered behind her eyes before disappearing just as quickly as it had appeared. I could tell she didn't like the subject by the way her lips were pursed. I decided to switch the subject. Where are you headed?

I wanted to be able to take her home, so I was hoping she'd say she had no idea. Alex, what's wrong with you? You have never before brought a girl home. Why at this time?

"The home of a buddy. Winston contains it.

I turned to face her as the vehicle jerked to a stop in the middle of the road. Once she had eaten the chocolate, she carelessly flung the wrapper outside.

Littering.

"Do you, by any chance, have chocolate?"

It's a two-hour journey from here, I replied, staring at her strangely and feeling amused.

"Duh." She rolled her eyes while rummaging in the car's accessories in quest of chocolate. "No chocolate?"

I responded, "I don't have any chocolate." She sighed and ceased her tinkering. "I'm sorry, but I can't drive you there."

"Ok. Then I'm getting into another cab. As she spoke, the door was being pushed open by her hand.

"Wait!"

She turned around, a triumphant sparkle in her smile. She was quite sly. "What?"

I kept my composure. "I'll deliver it to you. But tomorrow," I said, pausing and pointing towards the sky.

She gave me a narrowed-eyed look. "Where will I stay up until then?"

I grinned and said, "I hate to say this, but." "I'll let you stay at my house if you want to."

"Douche." I pouted in jest as she rolled her eyes. "What gives you the impression that I'll stay in your home? You might commit rape. You might be a serial murderer.

Do you recognize me? I queried.

"Why? Have you overlooked it? I realised when she inquired that she had no idea who I was. Should I tell her that I am Alex Martins, the head of Milton Industries, the youngest person to earn a billion dollars, and the most intelligent person (particularly in bed)? I suppose I shouldn't tell her about the bed.

I am Alex. She blinked in disbelief at what I said before gathering herself. So she is aware of who I am?

"Oh." She said she was not even slightly surprised. "You could be useful."

"Why?" With my head cocked to the side, I questioned whether I got behind the wheel.

"Well. Do you recognize Alex Martins? She cocked her eyebrows and questioned

He is, um, directly in front of you.

"Yes."

"Well." She was unsure. "I escaped a wedding, right?"

"Yeah," I replied, sensing the approach of something significant.

"I told them that I secretly wed Alex Martins and ran away."

Blink twice.

a smile that is broad.

"Really?" I questioned. I made an effort to restrain the grin that was about to appear on my face. Biting my lip to keep from laughing out loud at the scenario, I could feel my heart leaping with delight.

"Really." She grunted. You share the same name, I see. You might be valuable.

Oh, such a lady.

Do you think Alex is attractive? I inquired, almost fighting the urge to clench my teeth in laughter.

I've never met him. But my cousins constantly bring him up. When I publicly announced that I was married to Alex Martins, you should have seen the looks on their faces. Gold." She shook her head and grinned at the thought.

I turned away from the window and bit down on my right fist while firmly holding the driving wheel with my left hand. I found this to be so hilarious that I pondered what she would do if she discovered that I was Alex Martins.

Should we purchase some chocolate before visiting your home? She prompted me, and I quickly collected myself while grinning.

"Sure" I clapped while quickly rotating the steering wheel.

"What's with the smile?" She stopped. It is spooky.

"How can I not smile when a hot girl is sitting next to me?" you might ask. She rolled her eyes and looked away as her cheeks burned bright red as I questioned her, giving her a wink.
