C7 Intimacy

I saw the front door as my biggest adversary on earth as I looked at it. Probably, it is. It is an enemy if it is the door that leads to Alex.

Simply put, there is something so alluring about Alex. I couldn't help but be pulled toward him. Why? I have no idea. I simply do. His boyish blue eyes, which catch you, his short stubble, the dimple on his left cheek, and his masculine face structure, the list continued.

I shook my head without saying anything. I had a strategy in mind.

1. Visit Sharon

2) Consume ice cream.

3. Spend the entire day there.

4) Consume a milkshake with chocolate.

5) Create a plan.

6) Have ice cream once more.

If only I could make it securely from here to the front door.

With that in mind, I cautiously clicked open the door and peered out into the corridor, looking for any indication of a hot man. There weren't any. As I entered the living room, I shuffled along further. He was completely invisible, and the entrance door was only a few steps away. When a hand pulled me backwards until my nose came into contact with a hard wall—in this case, a hard, muscularly formed chest—I started walking once again.

Do you believe you can get away? I tried to turn away as an orgasm-inducing voice murmured in my ear, but I was overcome by the pleasure of being against his body. My body began to automatically look for him, his enticing scent, and his physical presence.

As a puppet in love's hands, I feel powerless.

His face was so endearing and extraordinary when I first saw him sitting in the car that I immediately had a sense of deja vu. I got a little closer to the unbelievable realisation that I've known him before—in a different time, a different location, or some other existence—thanks to his smile and voice.

Say, "Let go of me." I made an effort, not really labouring.

"I don't believe I can do it anymore," she said.

We both had our chests squeezed together, and I know he realised that my heart was pumping quickly because of that.

The question, "What do you want?" I realised my error as soon as I asked the question because I already knew the answer.

"You."

You shouldn't say that to strangers, she said. I spit as I attempted to shove him away. His breath touched my nose as his lips crept closer.

"Let's then get to know one another." He spoke.

I don't want to...

Saying "Stop lying." His voice grew low and seductive as he demanded. His blue eyes seemed to have seen every thought that was going through my head as they pierced right through to my soul. "I can sense it in you."

"I don't." I lied.

Unbelievably, his eyes grew darker, and he squeezed me closer to his body. How did you treat me? I have no idea what is going on. I believe I will spend the rest of my life chasing you around like a lost puppy.

My body once more felt extremely hot, and I was unable to breathe.

How did you treat me?

I wanted to ask a question.

As he approached my ear, his lips grew nearer, and he leaned back. His mouth blew warm air, tickling my skin and tempting me to touch him back and draw him closer, clouding my judgement. My lines were being muddled by him. No, disregard that. He's already passed them, so I'm allowing him in.

"I appreciate how you're playing hard to get. I don't want you to love me back easily for whatever reason. You should torture me instead. You should drive me nuts. I want to 'woo' you and win you over. Without a battle, I will not accept you. I long for a challenge. He spoke softly into my ear, and as my mind assimilated what he said, my head became more disorganised and jumbled.

Who is he speaking to? Who is he speaking to? Give in to him. You feel the same way about him? These are significant, weighty words.

"I've already decided." He spoke calmly, staring into my eyes, and I just stared back at him. "I have been spending my days looking for you in the masses. I stopped looking when your soul caught my attention.

"I can't. I ca—"

"Shh." He helped me to calm down. "I know. That's too quick. But do you not sense it? I'm sure you do. Olivia, get to know me. Give me a chance, but don't stay with me. I'll take care of you, but don't stay with me. I'll keep you happy, but don't stay with me.

As soon as I saw that I had actually spoken those words out, his eyes immediately lit up. He finally let go of me, as if realising that I wasn't going anywhere, and my heart began to race. He had a joyful, sincere smile on his lips, and I stared at him as though he were a rare animal.

How did he get me to accept it?

He is torturing me in some way.

My heart continues to beat with a ferocious throb, and I don't believe it will ever stop.

He got things going.

The only person who can stop it is him.

"Now. I intend to pursue you. He laughed, and as my mouth made the letter "O," it was a wonderful sound.

"Wherever you want to go today, we'll go there." Unconsciously, I grabbed for his hand as he spoke while grinning and flashing a dimple on his left cheek. It was already too late when I realised what I was doing.

I informed you that we get along. He said it, grinning wryly. The chemistry between us has the power to destroy this location.
