Jade’s POV

As soon as the door clicked shut behind me, I was sure the guards were gone. I ran to my bed sobbing helplessly.

They barged into my room, dragging me to the hall, almost beating me up if Scar hadn't shown up, and told them to wait till Jackson appeared. And Jackson stood up for me once again.

Take her back to the room and make sure she gets enough rest
