After leaving the house, we walked directly towards Uncle Wu's house. When we passed by the threshing floor, the things inside were gone, the platform that was built was also gone, and those people had all left.

I still have some doubts towards these people. What are they doing here, and why did they leave right after delivering the items? I don't understand it at all
