I released the Demon Subduing Sword as I prayed repeatedly in my heart not to hurt the Ghost Python. It had come to help us, so I really didn't want to cut another one.

After the sword was unsheathed, the huge snake stopped attacking the Ghost Python and instead pounced towards me. I was extremely frightened and stood there dumbstruck, waiting for it to swallow me whole
