Starlight Avenue, located in the coastal park, is a highway built on the bay, used for sightseeing.
It was currently late at night and there weren't any tourists here. However, there were quite a few people enjoying their nightlife in the coastal park.
The area of the seaside park is relatively large and has a mature commercial entertainment system.
