Two hours later, the plane landed at the international airport in Beijing. Walking out of the airport, I didn't immediately call that number, but instead took a taxi to a Five Stars Hotel in Beijing. This hotel was located right next to the Public Security Office. There were also quite a few government agencies in the area, so it was naturally quite safe.
