Blood was splattered all over the ground and on Clay’s face as he lifted himself up. His nose was broken and even looked a little disfigured. He was entirely too embarrassed to handle the fact that as soon as Jenna saw his face, she looked pale. Yale helped him to his feet as Jenna fainted.
