The sun was high in the sky and the ground was hot. He could almost feel the heat flowing through his back and into his meridians. This made people think of walking barefoot on the mountain road when they were young, but the scalding of the soles of their feet was very comfortable. However, if this heat continued for too long, it would make them feel suffocated
