C72 Profound Heavy Mountain(2)

"Brother Yun!" Zhang Caiyun exclaimed, her face filled with terror.

She had seen powerful fighters before, but even the strongest couldn't possibly dodge an attack from three skilled martial disciples and instantly take one down so effortlessly!

The most surprising part was that she had traveled with Woo Zhengyang and witnessed his somewhat clumsy fighting style. His punches seemed average at best. But now, seeing him punch a hole through a nine-star martial disciple was beyond belief.

"How is this possible..." Zhang Caiyun stood there, stunned and incredulous.

"Stop daydreaming, focus on taking him down!" Lee Kaiyuan, though shocked by Woo Zhengyang's prowess, knew he couldn't afford any distraction. Otherwise, he might end up like the young man with the twin swords.

With a flick of his long sword, nine sword blossoms appeared, each targeting Woo Zhengyang's vital points.

Woo Zhengyang intended to rely on his speed to continue the close combat, but suddenly saw Lee Kaiyuan's sword move change. The nine sword blossoms whirled like real petals, spiraling to block his path.

Uncertain of the power behind Lee Kaiyuan's sword skill, Woo Zhengyang quickly retreated to dodge.

Meanwhile, Woo Zhengyang had already recovered, his sword whistling through the air with incredible speed, though lacking in flashy techniques. Previously, if two Nine-star Martial Disciples attacked simultaneously, Woo Zhengyang would have struggled. But now, having reached the third level of pulse refinement, his inner energy was sufficient to sustain him for a while. Without hesitation, he employed the Floating Light Step.

As their attacks missed, Woo Zhengyang launched his counterattack. With a quick shift of his foot, he lightly lifted off the ground, executing the first step of the Dragon Countering Nine Steps, stomping fiercely toward Zhang Caiyun's foot.

Having witnessed Woo Zhengyang's prowess, Zhang Caiyun was cautious, deftly dodging while swinging her sword back toward Woo Zhengyang's neck. Woo Zhengyang hadn't intended to land the first step; instead, he left a deep footprint on the ground and raised his body higher. With the second step, he continued his assault on Zhang Caiyun.

Though called "steps," the Dragon Countering Nine Steps was truly a leg technique. The steps were merely landing points, while the attacks were fluid and adaptable. The focus of this step was on the tip of his foot, aiming a direct kick at Zhang Caiyun's shin.

As he executed this step, Woo Zhengyang still held the iron token, seamlessly transitioning into the Azure Cloud Embracing Moon Palm technique.

The black iron token was heavy, but Woo Zhengyang's strength had grown significantly. Even with the token in hand, he could still produce twenty-one palm shadows with each movement. He simultaneously executed two martial techniques: using the hand holding the token to fend off sword attacks, while his footwork, the "Dragon Countering Nine Steps," remained as powerful as ever, causing Zhang Caiyun to struggle to keep up.

Fortunately, Lee Kaiyuan rejoined the fray, his sword whistling through the air, creating dozens of sword shadows. Woo Zhengyang had managed to defeat the young man with dual blades because the trio underestimated him, allowing him to strike swiftly and decisively. It seemed easy, but it was a risky move.

Woo Zhengyang knew that if all three attacked with their full strength, he wouldn't be able to handle it. However, he overestimated his own combat ability. Without a weapon, he could handle one Nine-star Martial Disciple with ease, but facing two was a different story. Especially now, as Lee Kaiyuan and Zhang Caiyun recovered from their initial shock and began to discern Woo Zhengyang's weaknesses. If this continued, even with his perfected "Tyrannical Mountain Shattering Fist," he would struggle due to their coordinated attacks.

In this situation, Woo Zhengyang needed to quickly take down one of them, or he would be in grave danger.

Woo Zhengyang was ready to continue his reckless fighting style, willing to take a hit to deliver a stronger blow to his opponent. With a plan in mind, he abandoned Zhang Caiyun and engaged Lee Kaiyuan with his Azure Cloud Embracing Moon Palm, clashing with Lee's sword strikes.

Despite receiving several cuts on his hand, Woo managed to deflect Lee's long sword. His Dragon Countering Nine Steps shifted direction, and he aimed a strike at Lee's waist.

Woo's wild tactics once again surprised Lee and Zhang, but this time they stayed focused and quickly found a way to work together effectively. Faced with simultaneous attacks from Woo's Dragon Countering Nine Steps and Azure Cloud Embracing Moon Palm, Lee found himself dodging one attack only to be threatened by another, forcing him to retreat temporarily.

Seizing this opportunity, Zhang swiftly attacked from the side, forcing Woo to turn and defend himself. This allowed Lee to recover from the immediate threat. If Woo counterattacked Zhang, Lee could strike from the side. With proper coordination, they believed Woo would eventually tire out. Even though he could wield two martial techniques at once, he was still just one person.

Unfortunately for them, they underestimated Woo's relentless spirit...
