C3 Marriage Bells

Damis' mother immediately called everyone for breakfast and made so many special pancakes dipped with blueberries and honey, red peas soup, garlic bread, and jamoons for her beloved son, Harley.

Bentley's appetite is huge; she started eating without caring about anyone else. Seeing this, Harley also started eating. Dami smiled at her mother.

Actually, the plan to invite Harley this time is to get him married, and Bentley is definitely the best choice for him. But they don't know whether Bentley will agree or not. On Harley's side, even if he won't agree, they will kick his butt and proceed with the marriage.

After breakfast, Bentley went back to sleep. Harley and Dami went with their father to check if the crops were damaged by the previous night's cyclone.

Damis' mother started preparing lunch, but now she's making all of Bentley's favorite foods. She might use this opportunity to ask about the marriage. She immediately imagined how these people would look together in their marriage ceremony and her face became red.

On the way, Dami asked Harley, "Brother, just admit you have a crush on Bentley now." Harley blushed, remembering the moments from last night between them. He didn't deny it but smiled and said, "Who wouldn't fall in love with those beautiful eyes." Dami hugged him happily, "Brother, you know I am very happy for you. You chose the best one. Mom and I are actually planning to ask her for marriage."

Harley said, "Hey, don't rush things; let me court her first, and then we will decide. Even if she doesn't love me, I don't want to make things awkward between you two." Actually, Dami hadn't thought of this possibility. She immediately agreed with Harley that even if Bentley didn't feel the same way, she wouldn't make Bentley feel guilty, and their relationship would endure for a long, long time until they grow old.

They saw that the crops weren't damaged much, so they immediately felt relieved and went back home for lunch. Harley saw Bentley in a black top, her curly hair falling into her blue eyes. This simple scene made his Adam's apple bob. Dami quickly made a sound to bring her brother back from his imaginative world.

Bentley also saw the others and said, "Let's eat. I'm hungry and have been waiting for you for a long time." They washed their hands, and everyone sat down for lunch. Seeing the dishes, Dami knew her mother would definitely bring up the topic of marriage with Bentley. Bentley also noticed that all the dishes were her favorites, so she thanked Damis' mother.

"Aigo, why are you so polite to your own family? Bentley, even though you are not my child, I will always treat you as my own. Don't be perfunctory with me again," replied Damis' mother.

"Then I won't leave any dish untouched," said Bentley. Immediately, Dami said, "Mom, you made favorite dishes for my brother and my friend, but where is mine? I also came home after a long time."

The family laughed happily and finished lunch. But Bentley sensed something from Harley's gaze; the way he looked at her was like a little boy with a lot of infatuation.

The one week went by happily, and it's time to return to the real world. The three of them got much closer to each other than before. Even Bentley felt that the relationship between her and Harley had changed. They all got into Harley's car and headed to town.
