C14 First day at work

The next day was a cold day. Almost all people wore suits to work.

I picked up my bag from the chair and looked around.

"Tina!, Tina!!" I called the house help. Someone came running out of the kitchen and I looked up to see who it is.

"Chira!!" I exclaimed being surprised. Chira had flour on her hand and some powder on her face.

I looked at Chira and smiled.

"What's the meaning of this?" I asked Chira.

"I'm baking something Papa." Chira replied me and I laughed.

"Okay." I said laughing and Chira looked at me.

"Papa!!" Chira said putting on a straight face.

"I'm sorry Baby. Where is Tina?" I asked.

Chira looked at me and smiled.

"Baby!" I called out.

"Tina is helping Mama prepare." Chira said making me laugh again.

"Okay then, who told my little Chira to Bake?" I asked looking at Chira.

"Papa, it's my decision to Bake." Chira replied me.

"Okay." I said carrying my bag from the chair.

I looked at her again.

"But what about school?" I asked Chira.

"Don't worry Papa, I will soon be done." Chira said as she turned to walk back into the kitchen.

She turned again to look at me.

"Papa, you would have to wait for five minutes." Chira said looking at me as I nodded my head looking at her.

I sat down on one of the chairs in order to wait for Chira as she left to the kitchen.

Three minutes later, Tina walked out of my room with Dinna. Dinna looked extraordinary beautiful that I could not but adore her beauty as I left my mouth wide open.

I woke up early today so I had left my room quiet early.

I looked around and saw Chira standing in my front. Chira smiled as she dropped three flask on the table and handed one to me and another flask to Dinna then she walked into the bathroom in order to takeher bath.

Chira POV

I walked into the bathroom beside my room after giving my parents their flask which contained some of the snacks I made. There's still time left for me so I can be quick to dress up for school.

I am so happy for Mama. Today will be her first day at work. She won't feel idle at home.

Thinking about Tina, I hope I will be able to stay with her for long. I hope she will be kind so that I don't change my behavior towards her. Anyway it depends on her behavior towards me. If she keeps up with this her kind behavior, it would be nice but if she doesn't she has to accept whatever she sees.

I finished bathing then went into my room to dress.

Few minutes later, I was set for school. I walked to Tina's side of the bed.

Tina rests in my room since the house only has two bedroom and my parents share a bedroom and I sleep in the other bedroom Tina has to sleep in my bedroom anytime she wants to rest or sleep but she doesn't live in the house with us.

She comes to the house Six a.m and leaves the house Six P.m.

I went to Tina's side and sat there. After some minutes I stood up from there and left the room to the living room.

"Chira!!" Tina called me stretching out her hands to me. I walked up to her and embraced her.

"Thank you so much for preparing breakfast." Tina said to me and I smiled nodding my head.

After some minutes, Tina let me go and I carried my flask and put it in my bag and left the house for school.

Dinna POV

I reached the place where I would start working and was directed to the Manager's office.

"Good morning ma." I greeted the elderly woman who had an eyeglass on.

"Good morning, have your sit." The elderly woman said.

The woman name is Jane, She is a woman in her early fifties.

Mrs. Jane kept looking at the document in front of her for five minutes before looking at me.

"I would be introducing you to some people you haven't seen yet." Mrs. Jane said as she adjusted her eyeglass and stood up from where she was sitted.

Mrs. Jane moved to the door and opened it.

"Come on." Mrs. Jane said and I stood up from where I was sitting and followed her as she locked the door to her office.

We walked up the stairs and got to an office where Mrs. Jane knocked on the door of the office.

"Come in." We could hear a person in the office say.

Mrs. Jane silently opened the door to the office and the two men in the office looked at me.

"Good morning." Mrs. Jane greeted.

"Good morning Mrs. Jane." The two men greeted.

The two men looked at me.

"Good morning ma." One of the men greeted me.

"Good morning sir." I replied his greeting.

"Is this the person you told us of, Mrs. Jane?" The second man who looks like Mrs. Jane age mate asked.

"Yes sir." Mrs. Jane said nodding her head.

"Okay, you may leave us." The man said as Mrs. Jane left the office.

"I will be waiting for you outside." Mrs. Jane said as she left the office.

"How are you?" The man asked me.

"I am fine sir." I said.

"What's your name?" He asked me.

"My name is Dinna." I said.

He pointed to an empty chair.

"Have your sit." He said and I sat down.

"Thank you sir." I said after sitting down.

The older man looked at me while the younger man stood up from where he was sitting and left the office.

"You've been accepted into this company long ago so I do not need to question you." The older man said looking at me.

"I need you to make the company proud." He said.

"I would sir." I said.

"Okay." The man said then rest his back on the chair.

"I am Mr. Chan." The man said and I nodded.

We spoke for Ten minutes before he released me and called Mrs. Jane who took me out of the office.
