"Robert still locked himself in his private room apparently doing nothing but with too many thoughts dancing inside his mind.

He isn't ready to face neither Victoria nor his mother for anything whatsoever.

Therefore, he decided not to step out at all from his room.

And with the recollection of many things occupying his mind, he shut his eyes and leaned back on the sofa.

"As expected" his mind cast to the past and the memory of the day Camilla was convicted flashed through his mind like a movie being played.

Yes he loved Camilla and till now he still hasn't gotten ride of that feeling.

A feeling when you feel like your world has ended because of one particular person. A person whom you can't leave or do without.

"That was how Robert felt when Camila was been sentenced.

His world of life and love ended the day Camilla was taken from him by the law.

He was broken and shuttered as the woman he loves was been reprobate.

''Robert after the Judge had declared his verdict instantaneously stood up and walked out from the court room.

He was really feeling so much devastated. Seeing the woman his heart cries for go to prison for life troubled him.

Robert couldn't stand and watch his Camilla been trailed off with handcuffs.

''Hell no, he thusly stood up and left the court room. He did that because he needed to take his anger out, but that didn't work in his favor as he tried to commit suicide.

''Robert where are you going? Victoria asked hoping he could say where he's going but he didn't reply neither did he stop to look back.

''At this moment" all Camilla could do, is to stare speechlessly till Robert was out of sight. She blinked as a tears slipped down her cheek.

Lina who couldn't take what was happening burst out into tears.

''Camilla! No you can't take her, she is innocent. You're making a mistake she screamed out in tears as she tried to stop the two police officers who had been signed to take her out.

Nanny she will be fine, we can still filed for an appeal. Arianna muttered as she tightly hugged her to stop her from creating a scene.

Anna please take good care of her for me Camilla muttered, and Arianna nodded as tears welled up in her eyes.

''Victoria seeing what was happening smirked deviously at Camilla as she immediately got up and followed Robert to his car.

''I'm coming with you Robert. She muttered trying to open the passengers door but Robert stopped her immediately.

He said and wobbled into his car as he drove out on top speed.

''Oh no!! Victoria screams out in fear she was about to put a call through to Ernesto, but stopped as soon as she heard his voice calls out her name.

''Where is he Victoria? Ernesto questioned her after the whole family had come out.

He just drove off speedily and I'm afraid something bad might happen to him.

''Ernesto hissed annoyingly, this brother of mine is too stubborn. He ranted as he runs his left hand through his hair in disquiet.

Simon their cousin gently tapped Ernesto's shoulder, it's okay Ernesto take Aunt home, i will go look for him.

He muttered and quickly hoped into his car and drove off.

Ernesto shrugged his shoulders and turned to his mother who evidently look shocked at the whole thing that was happening.

Mother get into the car I will take you home first and then go look for my brother.

He said and immediately excused himself after his mother had already seated.

Ernesto then moved closer to Victoria come with me. He whispered into her ears as he pulled her by gripping her wrist forcefully in an extreme anger.

Extremely fear enveloped Victoria.

Shut the fuck up and follow me he scolded and Victoria hastily comported herself.

She gasped and swallowed hard glancing at him fearfully.

He warned and pushed her lightly as he glared deviously at her.

He then straightened up his suit and left leaving her dumbstruck.

Victoria stood still as she exhaled deeply staring at him till he got into his car and speed off.

"Crazy bitch! She yelled walking towards her car.

Robert pulled at the mansion. He got down from his car and rushed into the hall.

''Son how was the verdict? His father Mr. Bernardo Downey asked immediately Robert entered the sitting room.

He walked pass him without spearing him a glare.

Mr. Bernardo brows furrowed and he chuckled lightly as he shook his head with a shrugged.

He then turned on the television and the news was everywhere.

''Oh no!! He ranted and slowly sat down on the couch to watch the news.

He then held his forehead in his left hand for some seconds still watching the news that was being cast.

He was troubled at the sight he saw Camilla.

Mr. Bernardo quickly gulped down all the contest of the drink he had in his glass.

He then placed the glass on the table and stood up walking towards Roberts room.

''Robert entered his room and locked himself up, just so no one could disturb him.

He wasn't ready to face any member of his family.

Not even his father Mr. Bernardo Downey or his cousin Simon.

''Robert!! Robert, son please open the door for me. He calls as he twisted the door knob to open it but it was locked.

He thwacked on the door twice but Robert refused to open up.

Samuel get me the spare keys. He shouted out and he immediately ran to the storage room for the keys.

Open this door he ordered as soon as he came back and Samuel unhesitatingly opened it.

Sir Robert, Samuel called as he instantaneously rushed inside to pull him up.

Mr. Bernardo also entered only to find his son lying on the floor bleeding profusely on the right hand.

''Robert after he entered his room" started given the wall a punch with his right fist to split out all the resentment he now feels for Camilla.

Oh yes, hatred is all that's left for her now. He loathe her because the world has declared her as a murderess!

''Mr. Bernardo seeing his son on the floor was anguished by the fear that his son would die.

So he immediately made a call to their family doctor who happens to be his childhood friend Andrew.

Andrew thank you for coming. Mr. Bernardo said with a grin as he shook his hand.

Bernardo you scared me, I thought it was a serious thing when you called me but all the same we thank God it's just a minor wound.

Andrew muttered with a smile and Bernardo chuckled loudly.

''Alright Bernardo I will be on my way. He muttered as he pulled him into a strong hug.

They unlocked from the hug and Bernardo thanked him ones again before walking him to the door.

Send my greeting to Rebecca and make sure to call me if anything go wrong Andrew mumbled as he got into his car and drove away.

''Ernesto pulled at the compound of the mansion and sighted Roberts car parked at the parking lot.

He shook his head and chuckled softly. He then turned to his mother, Rebecca your son is crazy.

He said as he came down to opened the door for her to come out.

Mrs. Rebecca let out a contagious sound of laugh and playfully hit him on the head and muttered, you are also naughty.

"Yeah I know mother, because naughtiness runs in the family. Ernesto rapidly retorted and they laughed

''Rebecca's love for Ernesto was beyond expectation.

One thing that never changed after she had Robert was the love she has for Ernesto.

''She never regarded him as an adopted child but as her own fresh because they seemed devoted to each other and very openly affectionate.

''This sometimes make her husband, Mr. Bernardo Downey wondered if Robert is her biological son or Ernesto.

They were still laughing when their gaze landed on an angry Bernardo.

Father! Ernesto called when he saw him at the door.

Where is Robert? He asked but his father didn't utter a word. He slowly shook his head as he looked at them angrily and left.

Ernesto phone started ringing in his pocket as he pulled out to see Simon calling.

''Ernesto have you seen or heard anything from Robert?

Oh yes! Your favorite stupid cousin is in the mansion. When we were worried sake as to where he might be....

"Cut the crap Ernesto" I'm coming over Simon stated and ended the call before he could finished his words.

Mother let's go inside he said as he held her hand and walked her towards the hallway.

''Robert!! Robert! Where the fuck are you? Ernesto screamed out his name as soon as he entered the hall but no response came.

He was about to climb the staircase when he saw one of the maids coming out from Robert's room with an empty tray.

''Where's my brother? Ernesto asked and she quickly bowed before answering.

He's In his room Sir Ernest...

Ernesto left before she could complete her reply.

Good day ma'am Cecilia greeted when she saw Mrs. Rebecca climbed up the staircase.

Robert door was slightly ajar so Ernesto suddenly barged in and saw his little brother laying in bed with his fist bandage.

His brows furrowed as he tried to utter a word but nothing came out.

''Oh my God Robert, what have you done? His mother muttered sadly moving closer to him as she sat down on the bed glancing at the bandage that had been applied on his fist.

''You see what I've been saying everyday mother.

"This boy is mad! Rebecca your son is crazy damnit.

he wants to kill himself because of Camilla. Robert are you for real? Did you know the consequences of what you just did?

Ernesto ranted glaring hardly at Robert and then turning his gaze at his mother
