Chapter : 7

[ Angelica Woods ]

I walked in Starbucks and got myself a drink with what Mr. Sebastian had ordered me to get , i walked out sipping on my drink and by the time i got to the company i had finished mine . I groan and carried my body to the elevator . As soon as i reached the tenth floor i saw Mr. Sebastian's secretary . I mentally roll my eyes at that overly done face of hers and i tried to walk as fast as i could so that i can get to making his lunch and go meet Brandon . Should i change my dress ? Should i ask him to have his dinner with me ?

Hmm .. I should actually ask him to walk with me , we can talk , go have dinner , have a sweet night . Just as i was walking , thinking about the beautiful night my mind I saw someone striding very fast from my front view and as look up i was already pushed by my shoulder and the coffee spilled on my chest and neck and i almost yelled in pain at the hot liquid .

Tears immediately brim my eyes and my skin started burning , " Shit " i heard and i look back to see that secretary with a shocked look . Her eyes averted to my back and then went wide . " Angelica " i heard Sebastian's voice and i move my head to look at him . His eyes settled on my chest and he clenched his jaw looking back at that women .

" A-Are you look ? i am so sorry " she said and i look at her in disbelief . Now she speaks ? after burning my neck ? Suddenly my hand was grasped by another and and i was dragged inside Sebastian's office . " Get her a dress " He muttered before closing the door .

He dragged me in the bathroom and i gasp as he lifts me up and sets me on the counter , " What ..what , are you " But he looked up at me and shut me off . His hands wet the cloth and he kept it on my chest and neck . I hiss as he pressed it a little harshly but he immediately pulled back . His expression was so intense . So fearful .

" I am fine " i spoke but he chose to ignore it . I sigh and heard a knock . " Don't move " he said and walked to open the bathroom door . I saw a hand pass him a bag .He walked towards me and sets it beside me . " Wear this " he said and walked to the door . " No .. i - i am fine really , i'll manage " i spoke but he looks back and stuffs his hand in his pocket .

" You want to sit in my office in wet and soggy clothes ? Not to mention the stain that is looking much worst and it will be an embarrassment for me to let you sit . " I clenched my jaw and hopped off the counter " I am not sitting here anyway " i spoke but gulped and he looks down and then at me .

He then stalked towards me but i stayed rooted on my spot as i had no where to go . My heart suddenly beats faster and my body suddenly feels hot . He stopped only few inches before me and leaned in . " Strip , dress up and come out . Understand ?" he whispered as his lips touched my ears sparks erupted in my body . My breath was caught up which made me nod . He leaned back and gave one look then his eyes wandered off to my neck . He lifted his hands and my legs pressed together .on there own accordance .

His thumb settled on the reddish skin and suddenly it was now burning more than before . He walked out without a word and i just stood there ." Dress up or i am coming in " he shouts and that was enough to get me moving .

I dressed up in that light blue dress which was a bit tight on my waist and my chest . I looked in the mirror and sigh , it was bringing out some cleavage but never mind . I took my clothes and put them my bag walking out . He looked at me and kept looking at me . I cleared my throat and he looked away but stood up and walked towards me .

" Are you hurt ? is it burning ?" he asked and i shook my head negative . He nodded and took my hand but i didn't step ahead . " What ?" i asked in confusion . " Just come with me " he spoke and i instantly felt like obeying him .

"I am sorry about what my secretary did " He said and i looked up from my drink and nodded . " its alright " i spoke and he nodded his head eating his food . " Umm ..why are we eating here ?" i asked . He looks up and wipes his mouth then drinking his drink . " Eat , its a really good meal " he said and i bite my lip . " But .. Why did you bring me out here ?" i asked and he sighs .

" What did you think this was a date or something ? I brought you here because i like the food here , take notes of how i like the flavors and make me meals like that , you food is too shabby sometimes " I grit my teeth and chew on my pasta looking out the window .

Suddenly my eyes stopped on a police car and i saw Brandon . What !? Brandon ? What is he doing here ? how ? my eyes blink and i tilt my head more to see his face . Oh my god ! he looks so hot in that uniform . " What are you looking at ?" i jerk my head to look at Sebastian and took a sip of my lemonade .

" Nothing " i mutter . " Don't tell me you are eyeing men , so unprofessional " he muttered and i grit my teeth rolling my eyes . I look out the window and suddenly Brandon's eyes look at me but avert back to to the man he was talking to . Did he ignore me ? Wait no , the glass window is tinted that's why .

" I am done " i said and got up , but unfortunately he stood up as well . " I'll Drive you .." " No i don't need a ride thank you " i said cutting him off but he handed a card to the server and took my hand . " I am driving you to a supermarket so that you can by something for dinner , lets go "

" But .." he looks back at me and i shut myself up . " By the way , i really want something fancy tonight " In your dreams you jerk ! I huff and we walked out but my hand felt warm and i relies that he was still holding my hand . Just as i was about to take my hand away i heard my name being called . I looked at the direction to see Brandon walking towards me .

Wow , he is coming for me . " Brandon." i called and his eyes avert to Sebastian and the at our hands , i look down and take my hand away from his hold but he holds it again , this time tighter . " who is this ?" he asked and i smiled trying to drop the tension . " This is Sebastian , my client " i introduced . " And who is this ?" Sebastian asked and i smiled at Brandon .

I look down at Angelica to see her smiling at him and my gut suddenly tells me that this guy is my enemy , i felt something , an uneasy feeling in me when she introduced him as her friend . The way her looked at her, asked her few questions to which she replied happily made me angry.

" We have to get going " i told her and she looks at me and nodded . I look at that guy to see him glaring at me and i raised my eyebrow keeping my cold face on . " Bye , see you home okay "

Home ? WHAT THE FUCK !??

" He lives with you ?" i asked trapping her between my chest and the car door . I could see the red tint on her face . I could hear her gasp , i felt her warmness on me . I liked it . I was too close but my heart didn't mind . I liked us this way . But i was brought back to reality and i pull back only a bit . " Do you ?" i asked with a cold voice . I could see her expression turn into confusion .

" I do " she answered .

That was it to make me take my step ahead . She can't live with a ..a man .She just can't .
