C10 Rogues attack

The day for the attack was due. The rogues came earlier than expected. Damien had shifted into his big black wolf and was standing infront with his beta Nick and gamma Jake directly behind him followed by the pack warriors. The rogues were on the other side of the Gold Moon Pack border. Damien mind linked them. “When I howl, you guys follow me,I need you guys to stay in groups to minimize the death rate. Good luck". Damien commanded. They all bowed their snouts in submission.

When the rogues were approaching the end of the border with their king infront of them, Damien howled. The fight was very intense with tearing of heads and breaking of bones. It was a pathetic sight. Damien came face to face with the rogues king and shifted back to his human body likewise the rogue's king. “Retreat now". Damien commanded in his alpha's tone. “And what if I don't", the rogues king smirked. “What at all do you want Dan, you could have made it better either than following the footsteps of your evil father". Damien said.

“You have no right to speak ill about my father, Damien". Dan scoffed. “You expect us to remain calm when you guys kicked us out of the pack house and has made us mateless and some abandoned from their previous packs, what were you doing as the king of all werewolves Damien". Dan smirked. “Don't say I didn't warn you, bring it on Dan". Damien said in sarcasm.

They both shifted into their wolf form. Damien dodged the blow from Dan and lunged for his throat. “Stop now Dan while you still have the chance", Damien said. “Unless I'm dead",Dan smirked. Damien used great force and to tear Dan's head. Damien howled in victory subjecting the other wolves to submit. The fight ended with few of the pack warriors of Gold Moon not surviving while majority of the rogues pack warriors were wounded and few dead.

The wounded from the rogues pack started retreating. Damien mind linked Nick and Jake. “Seize them". The rogues were taken captive but few managed to escape. They were locked in the cells. Damien called for a meeting with his pack members. “I'm sad to announce that ten of our pack members couldn't make it and my warm condolences to those affected families. But because they fought with bravery for the next pack, I hereby declare this day as a memorial day which will be celebrated every year to remember them.

The affected families looked sad and Damien was a bit worried but there was nothing they could do. The warriors who survived were embracing their families and thanking the moon goddess for making it safe. Damien left for his room. He stood at the balcony and looked at the sky. “You can finally rest in peace dad, I took care of everything, now the pack is safe". Damien said into the skies.
