C29 I'll Marry You...Pinky Promise!

Adam: "Huuu! You have some anger issues though. But it’s ok."

"I am not the one to start it. They always try to pull a prank on me so..... I... just.... can’t control it." Anna said the second line in a very low voice feeling guilty about something.

"It's OK'd. I understand. Everything will be fine soon." Adam patted her head lightly while consoling her.

"Brother!" Anna suddenly called his name as wanted to say something more.

"Huuu?"

"Boys in my class said that nobody likes a girl like me. No boy will ever make me his girlfriend and also nobody will marry me." And tears started to roll down Anna's eyes.

"Hey! Why are you crying?" Adam found it funny as his little sister was crying about not having a boyfriend and not getting married at such an age. He thought it was how cute!’ He controlled himself from laughing, then looked at his crying sister and said, "You are still very young to have a boyfriend. In the future, you will get the best man in this world as your boyfriend because my sister is the sweetest and most beautiful girl in the world. The boys in your class are idiots. Trust me!"

"No brother. I know everyone hates me. And I know that nobody will marry me." Anna started to cry again with tears rolling down nonstop and her nose was stuffy too.

Just then a voice disturbed them saying, "Which idiot said that?"

Both siblings’ looked in the direction of a voice.

"Boys in my class they....they...." Anna started to cry even more and couldn’t complete the sentence.

Adam: "Asher! Now you tell her."

Asher was standing at the entrance of the patio with one boy beside him. He was wearing a long-sleeved grey hooded t-shirt and black jeans and the other boy was wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans. Both walked inside the patio. Asher sat beside Anna on her right side and the other boy sat on another semiconductor bench opposite them.

"I will marry you," Asher said and started to wipe the tears from her cheeks. He took out his handkerchief from his pants pocket and even cleaned her nose with it.

"Really?" Anna asked looking at him with her teary eyes. The tip of her nose was red because of crying.

"Huuu! I will and you can show them how wrong they were!"

"Promise?" And Anna brought forward her pinky finger to confirm the promise.

"Yes! Pinky promise!" Asher held her pinky finger with his tightly and said, "I’ll never break it."

She smiled and hugged Asher, burying her face in his chest and surrounding her both hands around his waist. Asher too hugged her and patted her head.

"See! I told you that the most handsome man in this world will be your boyfriend who will even get married to you. Do you believe me now?" Adam asked and looked at Asher saying ’Thank you in a mute. Asher too replied in a mute saying ’Welcome’ while hugging Anna.

Anna lifted her head which was Buried in Asher's chest to look at her brother and said, "Huuu! I believe you." And smiled.

"Then cheer up now. I don’t like to see my sister crying like this." And Adam lightly patted the tip of her tiny nose which was red like a little cherry with his forefinger and then patted her head.

"Hey! I have my new camera with me. Let’s take a picture of a future groom and bride with it." That was A boy who came with Asher.

"That’s a nice idea, Evan," Adam said excitedly as he was happy to see his sister who stopped crying and was smiling now.

They clicked the pic of Anna and Asher sitting on a table on Patio. Both were smiling and looked very happy.

Asher opened his eyes and looked back at that picture. He kept staring at it for a while. He smiled and said, "I guess, it’s time to fulfill that promise." He closed his eyes back and went to sleep, still holding that pic in his hands...

At Smith mansion...

Everyone went to their rooms after coming back to the mansion as it was almost midnight. Evan went towards the garden and sat inside the patio. He was just sitting calmly and suddenly smiled as he remembered the incident when he bumped into Anna. Her strange reaction made him smile even more and he said, "Finally they are back" He looked around inside the patio and started to remember something.

Evan and Asher were going towards the patio where the White siblings were sitting. They saw that Anna was crying because of what her friends said to her in school. To calm her down, Asher promised to marry her and she was smiling. Evan and Anna were happy too, after looking at her happy face.

Evan was carrying his new camera with him so he said,

"Hey! I have my new camera with me. Let’s take a picture of a future groom and bride with it." And held his camera in front of his face to click a photograph.

"That’s a nice idea, Evan," Adam said excitedly as he was happy to see his sister who stopped crying and was smiling ear to ear. She was looking adorable with her swollen eyes and red nose tip.

They clicked the picture of Anna and Asher sitting on a bench on a Patio. Both were smiling and looked very happy.

Evan: "I’ll make two copies of it for both of you. It is proof of Asher’s promise and you have to keep it safe so that he won’t deny it in the future."

She didn’t say anything but looked at Asher with a questioning sight. Her eyes were full of innocence which could melt anyone’s heart.

Asher: "Rest assured! I never break my promises." He looked at her and said it with a firm voice.
