"Is it really that good?"

"Try it yourselves. There's a big crowd around the stand now. If you like it, hurry and buy some before it sells out."

Skeptical but curious, they each took a bite. The tofu was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a rich and varied flavor. The two boxes were gone in an instant, and they clamored to buy more.

"Come on, Xue Ya, join us."

"I'm not going." She thought to herself, she wouldn't stoop to eating such common food.

But her roommates were insistent, pulling Xue Ya along. "You treated us to that expensive caviar, so we have to return the favor. Come on, it's our treat."
