"Thanks for lunch." Mia said to Lola, Nate's mother when they were alone in the kitchen.

"You don't need to thank me. I enjoy cooking." Lola replied with a soft smile.

"It seems cooking runs in the family then."

"Oh, I wouldn't say so. I'm the worst cook in the family."

"What do you mean the worst cook? Your dishes are delicious." Mia said to her.
