Dylan must have told him what transpired yesterday ?.

Alicia decided to feign false ignorance “ word on what street ?”. Dimitri laughed “ I saw my brother this morning and he told me you and him agreed that a relationship between you both won't be possible due to some circumstances ”

“ Yes that conversation did in fact happen , but what makes you think it's an automatic yes for you and I being together? '' she said playfully, rolling her eyes .

“ I only played it cool so far because my rival was my brother but if any other person attempts to come between you and I . I will completely crush him ” . Alicia wanted to shake it off or take it as a joke but something in his tone let her know he was crazy serious .

“ Well I still feel this conversation is something we should have in person ”

“ Absolutely , that reminds me I got your text saying you'll be at Paris too but with your boss for the meeting. Just so you know I feel absolutely uncomfortable with the idea but we've had this conversation before. I won't push it , I'll just hope you see it my way someday ”.

Alicia sighed audibly “ I understand your concern but there's really nothing to feel uncomfortable about . We'll meet up in Paris ”

“ Okay , but can I see you today I miss holding you in my arms ”

His words automatically made her want to see him , which she immediately felt a little guilty for because just yesterday she was at his brother's .

“ Hello Alicia ,are you there ?”

Alicia snapped out of her thoughts “ I'm here , I'd have loved to see you after work but I have a situation I need to handle . I think I'm being stalked ”

“ Stalked ? ”

“ Yes for like a few days now , and I got approached by a scary looking woman today ”

“ Can you describe this woman?”

“ She looked stressed , quite homeless I'll say , crazy eyes , red hair oddly enough young and pretty ” . Alicia could've sworn she heard him mutter a name under his breath .

“ What ? ”.

“ No nothing love, don't worry about it . I'll handle this but just so you know you're going to have to move in me ”

“ Move in with you !”

“ Yes , what's wrong with that?”

“ I don't think I'm ready to live with any man just yet, nothing personal but I'll rather still live by myself for now . '' Alicia actually couldn't imagine the thought and after Tristan she silently swore in her heart that it'd be the last time she'd do wifey duties for a man without going to the altar .

Moving in with Dimitri would just be a trap , knowing herself she'd fall too hard and too fast ,which could be very dangerous . Next thing she'd want to start cooking for him , taking care of him , and he'd get too comfortable and may take her for granted . She knew all too well how the game would play out .

“ Alicia but I'm not comfortable with what you just told me , there's someone out there stalking you . Have you even lodged a complaint with the authorities , what about security contacted any agency ?”

It was on the tip of her tongue to tell him her boss is already on it but she knew exactly what his reaction would be and if she continued to give him reasons to doubt her she didn't know what his reaction would be later.

“ I'm on it ”

“ You're on it ?” Dimitri didn't sound convinced . “ Sort it out by today or , I'll step in. I don't care whether you'll be comfortable with that or not . You can be mad at me but I'll rather have you mad and safe ” .

Alicia laughed lightly “ I'll let you know how it goes , take care Dimitri ”

“ You too sweetheart , I'll give you the space to think over my over just promise to let me know your decision when we're in Paris ”

“ I definitely will , take care” . Alicia put off her phone wondering whether or not she was genuinely ready for a relationship. A part of her was so scared of falling for him , especially with Dylan's warning .

I just have to accept , I've come this far I can't turn back until that pig Emily flies . At least my emotions have more clarity. It's just Dimitri Valentino now .

But a silent voice in her head , questioned; Is it really just Dimitri , you can't lie to yourself that you're not hopelessly attracted to your boss Alexander Kings and if he even gave you a little attention you'll be melting at his feet .

Someone knocked on her door. That's odd , I'm not really expecting anyone ? But it must be the intern .

“ Come in”

The door opened and it was the same woman from the hallway earlier in the morning only that she was wearing a black two piece dress and looked more presentable.

Alicia broke out in a cold sweat , even though better dressed the woman still looked stressed and quite crazy . The woman still stood at the door as if blocking her exit , Alica quickly looked for what she could use as a weapon .

She grabbed her heels , thinking fast she threw one at the woman , who dodged it looking quite upset . She finally said “ I won't let you or anyone come between me and him. I'll do anything to have him as mine ” .

Him? Is this about a man , who exactly ?

Alicia grabbed her purse to get her cellphone to call for help , but in a split second the woman disappeared . Alicia screamed in fear and in a split second , Alexander came running through the door to her .

“ What's wrong ?”

Alicia pointed shakily to the door , “ she was just here ” . Alexander dashed outside checking the hallway , “ Alicia there's no one here , and this floor is top security there's no way anyone could have made it here.”

“ Come to my office , we'll check the cameras ”

Entering his office , he helped her sit , pressing his intercom “ Chief Security Officer to my office immediately with the footage of this morning ”.
