C27 Still she is not into me?

Yan Shen brought Xi Xin back to the seat right next to him .A knock on the door was heard following the voice of Gu Meg " The dinner is ready to be served". Yan Shen ordered to bring in.

Three carts were pushed by three waitresses with three Chefs following each of them.They put their signature dishes one by one on the table. The table was full of delicacies. Only the look and aroma of each dishes can arouse appetite to anyone.

Xi Xin was so happy and surprised that her eyes were wide open. A sound of swallowing saliva was heard.Yan Shen looked at the little girl and a bright smile came into his lips .

The chefs were astonished to see the smile on the CEO's face .This restaurant belonged to Yan group and so often the young master visited with Gu Meg for client meeting.But they never saw a hint of smile on his face even when he sealed deals of millions .He always gave out a cold aura ,his eyes were always cold and ruthless .Everyone who came into contact with him felt the chilling sensation in their heart .

Here Yan Shen not only smiling happily but there was also a warmth in his eyes.

At that moment suddenly Yan Shen's eyes fell on these three dumbfounded chefs.He was annoyed and said in a cold tone " Are you guys going to accompany us for dinner?"

Hearing the CEO's cold voice temperature of the room seemed suddenly went down to zero degree.A chilling sensation was coming down through the spinal cord. They once again became frozen. One of them suddenly regained his sense and handed over a nicely decorated box to Yan Shen and said "As you order Sir". Then he bent his head in respect and brought his fellow brothers by pulling their hands out of the room .The chefs were scared and left the place hurriedly by saying "Enjoy yourselves."

After they left Yan Shen started to serve dishes for Xi Xin. He looked more handsome and Xi Xin was watching him silently. He was the person who saved her on that cursed day of her life.

She could remember how terrible was that raining and thundering evening .She was fighting alone. Yan Shen was new to that place even then he never thought anything but wanted to help her, while her relatives were taking pleasure by watching her suffer.

Yan Shen himself became her shield and took the slaps on his own body .She did not know what happened to her but she climbed into his body as she thought she had found a savior.Xi Xin had not looked on his face but the smell coming from his body gave her a sense of security and assurance. The heat of his body was spreading warmth in her body and she lost her consciousness eventually.

When Xi Xin opened her eyes next day she was on a bed in a hotel room and a handsome young gentleman was sitting on the couch busy with his laptop . When she turned her head the person looked at her and asked "Are you awake?" There was a tenderness in his voice which brought tears in her eyes .Except her father no one else had talk to her in that tone.

Xi Xin was lost in the past ,Yan Shen was looking at her constantly. Seeing that she even did not touch the spoon he lightly patted on her head and brought her back in the present .

"What are you thinking about ?"he asked .

"I was thinking about when I first met you. How you saved me that day."

" I forgot I still owe you a big thanks from you".

" You still owe me !you already said that if I marry you only then I can repay you ."

"So you only marry me to repay. You never have me in your mind .You never like me ?"

Yan Shen's face became black as the lower of a cooking pot. Xi Xin's cheeks blushed.She stooped her head but then she thought about Yan Shen's temper .If she did not coax him now he would become more unreasonable in a second.

Xi Xin instantly looked at the young master and in an adorable voice said "I am just talking about repaying that favour, why are you bringing about the personal feelings between us?"

When Yan Shen heard the adorable tone and "our personal feelings" instantly his mood changed. He gave a sweet grin and started to eat happily. He nudged Xin with his elbow to start to eat .They ate while chatting relentlessly. Some of were about Xi Xin's university life, some were about Yan Shen's experiences in cracking big deals .As Xi Xin was also a student of finance the experiences that young master shared were helpful to understand certain theories.

In the room Xi Xin secretly took a look few times to the little box which was placed at the side of Yan Shen. He found pleasure by teasing her more.He took the box in his hand and kept it in his pocket .Xi Xin was disappointed. She bent her head and started swearing .It was very hard for Yan Shen to control his laughter. In trying to do so his face became more unsighted. He told in a more cold voice " Let's eat first."

Xi Xin did not find any reason to refute so she continued to eat. Yan Shen was pleased to see her eagerness. He had ordered for exclusive pendant with Platinum chain for Xi Xin when he was abroad before. That pendant had reached two days ago .

The last two days was so problematic that he did not find a chance to give it to her. But now he was reluctant to do so .He would wait for appropriate time to give it to her.
