C38 Worried about his little wife
Xi Xin was about to leave the bed and then hold her tightly ."Don't mess around .sleep some more." Xi Xin was annoyed." I need to use washroom. " Yan Shen opened his eyes instantly. He worriedly asked " Do you need my help ?"He was really worried about her injury .But to Xi Xin it brought another meaning .She annoyingly called Yan Shen a pervert and ran to the washroom .Realising that she perhaps meant it otherwise Yan Shen laughed out loud. He expressed playfully "Silly girl! but cute ."Then he smelled the pillow on which Xi Xin had slept and hugged it .
When Xi Xin came out of the washroom she was pulled to his warm embress and brought to the bed .There she was helped to lie down and covered with blanket.Yan Shen told her to be good and sleep more .Then he went to washroom to get fresh and called Aunt Shi to make breakfast and send it to his bedroom .
He sat on the bed and caressed Xi Xin's hair.She fell asleep again.He smiled .Then he took his phone out and called Gu Meg to look after the works at company because he needed to take care of his injured wife at home .He should help his wife to reoccupate as soon as possible.Gu Meg was astonished but he understood his boss's intention so as his faithful aid efficiently arranged everything in the company.
When Aunt Shi brought breakfast ,she was surprised to see that Yan Shen was still in his pyjama though it was about the time for him to go to the company. To make other follow his example, he never went late to office . But today it was exception. seeing Aunt Shi's confused look Yan Shen said to her that for some days he would work from home to keep company to his injured wife.
Realising that the young Master was taking so much care about the young madam and she was very pleased .She went out closing the door .
She was Yan Shen's mother's childhood companion and followed her Yan family after her marriage.She witnessed the sufferings of Mrs Yan and the changes in young Master from a cheerful chabi boy to such arrogant aloof person .
Now that he had a soft corner for his wife it made Aunt Shi very much happy .She lit a candle in front of Mrs Yan's photo and asked her blessings for her son and daughter- in -law's happy married life .
It was about after 4 days when Xi Xin fully recovered .Gu Meg helped her to extend her leaves from the university .In those days Yan Shen never left the house for once. He personally taught her, accompanied her to watch movies in his personal movie theatre, took care of her wounds, fed her with his own hand and so on.
Even he started to play online games with her. Xi Xin never thought that he would be so devoted to her .When Xi Xin used to take afternoon naps or slept at night only then he took care of his official works.
When the old master asked him to visit him to settle about Ma Ban's incident,Yan Shen at first declined the invitation of his grandfather.He did not want to have dinner with family at the old house on pretext of he was very busy in dealing with some important matters. His father could not accept it and became more agitated.
Yan Shen did not pay heed to that. Now his only concern was to recover of Xi Xin. Thanks to ancient Chinese medicine there were no scars left in Xi Xin's body and her skin was as tender as before.
