"What?!" he angrily asked while shaking her by her shoulders.

He stopped shaking her when she protested but he didn’t release her. Her eyes were wide with fear.

"Did you f*cking say that you can't marry me?!" he snapped.

He was angrier. She couldn’t imagine what kind of punishment he would give her. The way he was looking at her he seemed to want to strangle her. She was at the verge of crying
