"How were you able to get my things into the room?" I asked him as we exited the kitchen.

I do not recall ever making any arrangements with my mother concerning moving my personal properties to his house.

"My grandmother and your mother made the arrangements." He answered, wrapping his arm around my waist.

I nodded and moved on to my next question
