C1 Dream Village

Dreamland Village was located deep in the forest within a mountain range. The surroundings were filled with towering trees that reached into the skies.

The blazing sun was like flames, a group of children ranging from eleven or twelve years old to fifteen or sixteen years old. There were dozens of people standing under the sun, each of them carrying a bow and countless arrows on their back.

One of the oldest boys shouted, "Today is the same as before. Who has the heaviest prey, and the last one has to wash the first person's clothes for a month. Do you all have any objections?"

"No!" The group of children were full of energy as they loudly responded.

The eldest child was very satisfied with this result. He nodded and continued, "We will use the setting sun as our time limit. Those who don't return in time will be the last to go. Do you understand?"

"Understood." The child was full of energy again.

The Dreamscape wasn't very big. There were around 300 men, women, and children in it. It was a self-sufficient village surrounded by forests. The kids in the village had been hunting since young, and they often competed for fun.

Then the ten children went into the forest, searching for their prey. The younger children could march together, and of course they would be laughed at by the other children.

There were many males who died in the forest when they were still underage, becoming the lunches of wild beasts. If they wanted to live, they would need to use their hunting skills to the best of their abilities.

When everyone had left, a skinny kid with a yellowish complexion stood there without moving. If one looked closely, they would notice that his legs were trembling.

His name was Luo Fann, the only child in the entire village who had just turned ten years old. Previously, he had a father accompanying him when he hunted, but today was his first time hunting with the children.

It turned out that Dream Village had a custom: As long as a child was ten years old, they must enter the forest to hunt. In order to pressure the children, the adults allowed them to survive in the forest and organized a youth hunting competition for them.

The children held a competition once a month. For their own glory, they actively participated. Today was Luo Fann's birthday, so he was dragged out to hunt.

Seeing his companions entering the forest one by one, and seeing his last companion disappearing into the forest, he mustered his courage and took the first step. After holding on for a while, his strength seemed to have been drained as he stood where he was.

"I'm Luo Fann, I'm 10 years old today. I'm not afraid of the forest, I'm a hunter, and I'm not afraid of beasts." With a childish voice, she began to cheer herself up.

"Roar!" At this moment, he heard an angry roar. It was the roar of a wild beast, causing him, who was also nervous, to shout and run into the forest.

Because of his fear, he couldn't figure out where he was going. When he regained his consciousness, he realized that he wasn't able to find his way back.

Of course, if it was someone familiar with the forest, they wouldn't need to be marked, but for Luo Fann, who entered the forest alone for the first time, he was obviously a virgin and didn't do anything.

In the forest, other than the trees, there were also other trees. The occasional chirp of a bird was heard, which made people even more afraid. They took off the arrows from their backs and put them on their bows, vigilantly looking around to prevent beasts.

He didn't know where he was, so he had to keep walking, step by step, to see if he could meet his companions or find his way back to the village.

"Hu!" A huge shadow enveloped him, and as the sky darkened, he raised his head to take a look.

It was a ten-meter-tall, brown-yellow furred tiger with four feet on the ground. It was looking straight at Luo Fann for lunch.

"Ah!" "The King of the Forest." He turned around and ran. The tiger chased him from behind.

Tigers were the king of the forest. No matter how powerful the wild beasts were, they would not challenge the tigers. These people had heard about the tigers from the village since they were young.

In the face of danger, his body's potential was fully utilized, and his speed was faster than ever before. He didn't even know how long he had been running, but his body was unable to persevere any longer.

Suddenly, the sky in front of them turned dark. Raising his head, he saw a huge golden snake coiled in front of him. It was flicking its tongue, and two huge poisonous teeth could be seen in its mouth.

"Golden Snake."

Luo Fann subconsciously turned around and wanted to run. Seeing the tiger stop behind, he didn't look at him this time, but at the golden snake behind him.

"Why am I so unlucky? This is my first time coming out and I've only met the king of the forest, and now I've even met the king of the snake race, the golden snake. There really is a snake before me and a tiger behind me."

Upon seeing the queen of the forest, the golden snake raised its body up to five meters, which was the same height as a tiger. Upon closer inspection, the golden snake's coiled body didn't seem to have moved at all.

One was the king among the snakes, the other was the king of the forest. The two kings were not willing to take a step back in order to fight over their prey.

Perhaps it was because the Golden Snake had provoked its position, but the tiger's face was filled with anger. It stomped its two legs hard on the ground and pounced towards the Golden Snake. At the same time, the Golden Snake's head came charging down from the sky.

Because of the distance, the coiled snake followed the head of the snake and quickly moved, forming a beautiful arc.

As soon as the golden snake and the tiger came into contact, the snake wrapped itself around the tiger, and the tiger bit onto the snake's body.

The king of the forest was not just for show. According to legend, the emperor of the tigers, the White Tiger, could crush a mountain with his full strength. Although normal tigers didn't have that much strength, the Golden Snake couldn't compare to Mountain.

As the two rows of teeth fell down, blood flowed out from the golden snake, dyeing its golden yellow skin red. The onlookers' hearts trembled.

Due to the intense pain, the tail of the golden snake entangled the tiger tightly. The ten-meter-tall tiger was tightly entangled by the golden snake, leaving only the head of the tiger outside, not allowing the golden snake to devour it.

At this moment, the tiger head exerted force and tore off a large chunk of snake meat from the golden snake's body. Blood flowed out from the wound, and the tiger tail that was wrapped around the tiger loosened.

There was a wound half a meter long below the snake's head, but the flesh could be seen. The wound was half a meter long, and if not for the snake skin connecting the head and the body, the head and body of the golden snake would have been torn apart by the King of the Forest's bite. But even so, the snake would not be able to survive.

The tiger stood to the side and looked at the constantly swaying golden snake on the ground. Once again, it charged forward and used its claws to cut the ten-meter-long golden snake in half.

Putting aside those who were standing by the side, the children who had witnessed the battle between the two savage beasts in the forest didn't have any time to spare.

At this moment, Luo Fann's face was pale. He sat on the side with no strength left in his body and watched the tiger eat his Golden Snake lunch. The bloody scene made him spit out everything he had eaten.

Hearing the sound, Tiger, who was enjoying his lunch, turned around and looked at him.
