The Nier Kingdom was the only High Grade Kingdom among the Twelve Kingdoms that the Tempest Temple had lost.

Just like the Dukedom Kingdom, the Kingdom also had Upper and Lower Grade. The only condition for the Upper Grade Dukedom was to birth a Stellar Mage, while the Upper Grade Kingdom had a Sunshine Mage to protect it.
