The meeting of the upper echelons of Atville was held in the multi-purpose conference room on the seventh floor of the new headquarters building.

Seventy-two people from the headquarters were participating in the meeting in Division7 while sixty-six people from the upper echelons of the other twelve settlements were participating in the meeting. There were a total of 138 people in the meeting
