C1 Preface

order

During the period of Huizong of the Northern Song Dynasty, Huizong believed in Taoism and built a monastery. He claimed to be the head of the court, and often invited Taoists to read his fortune. His birthday was on the 5th of May, which the Taoist considered unlucky, so he changed his name to the 10th of October. His birthright was a dog, and for that purpose he ordered a ban on the slaughter of dogs in the city.

At the time of the change of Jingkang in 1127, Song Huizong and Song Chin were captured by the Golden Kingdom. The ninth son of Song Huizong, Zhao Zhuang, inherited the throne of the Great Song Dynasty at the Yingtian Palace in Nanjing. Due to the weakness of the military forces in the Southern Song Dynasty, Shaoxing and Diao paid tribute to the State of Jin through Shaoxing and Diao. Later on, the State of Jin failed to wipe out the Southern Song after several conquest, and several times the Southern Song failed to accomplish anything. The Southern Song and the State of Jin formed a standoff situation, with the Qinling River as the boundary between the two sides.

In the spring of 1206, the Mongol nobles called a general meeting at the head of the river, and the kings and courtiers named Timuzhen the "Genghis's sweating."

At this time, the Southern Song was suffering from internal and external troubles. When the Taoism Sect was flourishing, the entire True Seven were on their way down the mountain to fight the enemy.

In May 1219 (Xingding 3 years), Genghis's sweating sent an emissary, Liu Zhonglu and others to Shandong Province to invite Qiu Chuji to the Mongolia Empire to meet him. In December, Liu Zhonglu arrived at the Lai Prefecture's Haotian Temple, and was ordered to invite Qiu Chuji to the Mongolia Empire to meet the Genghis's sweating. He happily agreed to go. Qiu Chuji was invited to the Central Asian Genghis's sweating Camp to discuss with them about the Dao. Previously, when Qiu Chuji saw the decline of the Jin Dynasty, he decided to teach at his hometown, Xixia, and rejected the invitation of the Jin Dynasty and the Southern Song rulers to help him.

However, he still accepted the Genghis's sweating's invitation without hesitation, and continued to trek for tens of thousands of miles, going west to the Snow Mountain Camp, and met with the sweat from Mongolia. In the camp of the Western Expedition Army of the Genghis's sweating, Qiu Chuji and the Genghis's sweating spent many months together, discussing about the Dao.

In Mongolia, Qiu Chuji helped the Genghis's sweating destroy the Golden Army, without exception.

During his conversation with the Genghis's sweating, Qiu Chuji faintly sensed the danger of the Central Plains and returned to the Great Song.

As he had expected, after the conquest of the Golden Kingdom, the Mongol army began to invade the Southern Song, which fought back with all its might. By this time, the Mongol army had conquered the Central Asia of the West and the Black Sea coast of Eastern Europe.

While Qiu Chuji was fighting with all his might, he discovered the secret behind the undefeated Mongol army. It was the Gold Steel Horse Zombie Army.

At that time, after the Genghis's sweating understood the profoundness of the Tao technique, he asked Qiu Chuji to go to Mongolia to help him. After conquering the Golden Kingdom, he asked him about the method of reviving the corpse.

Unexpectedly, with the help of Shaman Spells and Dao Arts, the Genghis's sweating successfully established a zombie legion, and became even more invincible.

Qiu Chuji defeated the evil witch Shaman of the Meng Army, but the Southern Song Dynasty's situation was no longer good. He was already dispirited, at the end of the year, he died in the Treasure Hall of the Changchun Palace, at the age of 80, with regret in his heart.

However, in order to prevent others from invading, he burned our Chinese descendants and hid a huge secret.

The river of time flowed slowly. No one knew of this secret …

Chapter I, Preface Chapter

My name is Li Yu, I'm from Qingdao, or more accurately, I'm from the Laoshan District of Qingdao City.

I was born in a fishing village at the foot of Laoshan, live with my grandfather, according to my grandfather, our family is fishing for a living, floating in the sea all year round. When I was two years old, my parents sank to the bottom of the sea because of a sudden change in the weather. Although the villagers tried their best to find it, they couldn't even find a corpse.

I grew up with my grandfather, and before school, I lived a free life every day. When I was very young, I learned to fish by hand, catch crabs in crabs cages, dig up wild vegetables in the mountains, catch toads in the woods, learn about monkeys (golden cicadas), and so on. I lived a very different life from the children in the city.

Every night, my grandfather will tell me a lot of stories about the mountain behind us - Laoshan legend, so far I can not forget the story of the origin of Laoshan legend.

Summer night, I was lying in bed, my grandfather was lying next to me, holding a long used large palm-leaf fan, slowly fanning me, slowly said: "Legend ah, Laoshan was called Kao Shan. Long ago, on the vast eastern beach, there were no mountains, no mountains, and a hundred miles of flat grass. On this boundless prairie, there are 48 small and large villages. As the saying goes, to rely on the mountains, to rely on the seas to eat the sea. There were people living on the east beach. Some relied on fishing for shrimp, some relied on farming food, and some relied on herding cows and horses to live. Despite the different businesses, every household lived a carefree, carefree and carefree life.

Who would have thought that this year, a calamity would descend from the heavens and a Paddlefish with a hundred thousand years of cultivation would emerge from the East Sea? How big is this crocodile? With a swish of its tail, a tall "island" was erected in the East China Sea. As soon as its body floated up, a large piece of "land" appeared in the East China Sea. With its four claws lying flat on the ground, waves rose in the East China Sea. The Paddlefish relied on its powerful body. Not only did it bully the aquatic animals in the sea, it also frequently rushed up, knocked down houses, overturned fishing boats, drowned the crops, swept away cattle and sheep, and harmed the people.

From then on, on the prosperous and peaceful eastern beach, people's happy songs and smiling faces were no longer heard. Everyone was on tenterhooks, fearing that disaster would befall them. There is a Wang family Tuan close to the sea, Tuan Tuan has a pair of bold brother and sister. His brother was called Da Zhi, who was in his early 20s. His sister was called Da Yong, who was just 18 years old. When the two saw the Paddlefish pushing and rolling towards them, they were so angry that they stomped their feet and gritted their teeth. One picked up a harpoon while the other held a bow and arrow. Unexpectedly, the Paddlefish opened its mouth slightly, and a long and thick water column came out from its mouth. With a "hu" sound, the two brothers and sisters were sent flying five miles away. Big Brother Da Zhi was thrown onto the hard ground, his head hitting a mushroom. Little Sister Da Yong was thrown onto the grass, his whole body feeling like it was on the verge of breaking down. Only after a long while did the elder brother get up, limping over to the younger sister and said, "Sister, this fall didn't kill me, but woke me up. I think we should save father and sister, subdue that crocodile, and use just us two alone to fight it head on. The little sister rubbed her legs and said, "Big brother, I also think that way. It's just that I can't think of a way to fight it!" The older brother said, "Sister, as the saying goes, 'everyone is a saint'. Why don't we go somewhere else to visit famous people? I do not believe that the men and women of the world, young and old, can think of a plan to subdue the Paddlefish! " Hearing his elder brother's words, the younger sister clapped her hands, stood up and said, "Okay, we'll be there in time, let's go there right away!"

The two siblings bade farewell to their fellow countrymen and headed west. Crossing the 33 rivers, crossing the 33 ridges, crossing the 33 mountains, he walked into a forest that day and saw a wrinkled, white-haired old mother sitting cross-legged under a great locust tree, spinning cotton. The two of them hurriedly walked forward and bowed: "Old mother, please tell me, what method can I use to kill the hundred thousand year old Paddlefish in the East Sea?" The old mother said while holding the spinning wheel, "Child, I have only heard that the 10,000 kilograms of thread woven by tens of thousands of people, twisting a thick and long white yarn rope, can pull a hundred thousand year old Paddlefish." The brother and sister firmly memorized the words of the old mother, thanked the old man and hurried on.

Walk and walk, cross 66 rivers, cross 66 mountains, 66 mountains, the brother and sister came to a red earth ridge, suddenly heard the sound of "gongdongdongdi", "gongdongdi" from below. The two of them followed the sound and entered a small mountain village with only a dozen or so families. They saw a master forging an iron with his bare arms. The siblings hurriedly walked forward and bowed while asking: "Blacksmith Master, please tell me, what can I do to kill that hundred thousand year old Paddlefish in the East Sea?" The old blacksmith replied in a resounding voice, "Child, what are you trying to say? All I know is that by using ten thousand people to gather iron, you can catch those hundred thousand year old Paddlefish with four sharp and heavy hooks. The brothers and sisters remembered the blacksmith's words in their hearts, thanked him and left. Walk, walk, walk, cross 99 rivers, over 99 ridges, over 99 mountains.

That day, the two brothers walked into a small town and saw an old cobbler piercing his boots on the street. The two siblings hurriedly came in front of the old cobbler and bowed: "Master cobbler, please tell me, what method can we use to kill that hundred thousand year old Paddlefish in the East China Sea?" The old cobbler stopped sewing and said, "My child, I have been very familiar with the skin of needlework all my life. I have only heard that using ten thousand man made cowhide, sewing a piece of Da Niu clothing, and filling it with ten thousand catties of grass, making a big fake cow as fish food, can lure those hundred thousand year old Paddlefish to take the bait." The brother and sister took the old cobbler's words to heart, bade him farewell and went on their way.

One day, as the two siblings were striding across the road, they saw an old man with white beard, white hair, and white eyebrows, dressed in white clothes, coming towards them. The two of them hurriedly walked a few steps and arrived in front of the old man. They bowed and greeted him: "Old grandpa, can you please tell me how to cure the hundred thousand year old Paddlefish in the East Sea?" The old man said, "It is not difficult to treat the dead Alligator Fish. "First, we must have a white yarn made from ten thousand people's spinning thread; secondly, we must have a giant hook made from ten thousand people's spinning iron; thirdly, we must have ten thousand people's offering of ten thousand pieces of leather made into a big straw cow; fourthly, we must have a man who can lift the mountain and pull the Paddlefish to shore to kill it."

When the siblings heard the old man's words, they felt both happy and worried. He was overjoyed that he had finally learned a good way to deal with the Paddlefish. Thinking of this, they kneeled down and begged the old man: "Old grandpa, save him until the end, teach him how to do it." "Tell me clearly, how do you find the man who can stand on all fours and pull up mountains?" The old man said, "There is nothing difficult in this world. I'm afraid that my heart is not sincere. You two really want to get rid of the harm for the people, so carry me on your back and walk a thousand miles. At that time, I will guarantee that both of you will grow up to be giants that can tear apart mountains! " Hearing the old man's words, the brothers and sisters crawled up from the ground in joy and said: "As long as we can cure the Paddlefish and eliminate the harm of the people, I will carry you for a thousand miles. Even if you walk thousands of miles, what does it matter?" With that, Big Brother Da Zhi carried the old man on his back and walked in the direction of his hometown.

Even though the old man seemed to be very dry, Da Zhi felt that it was heavy, almost a thousand pounds. However, with every step he took, he felt his body grow taller by a foot. With every ten steps, he felt his strength increase by leaps and bounds. The more they walked, the more they backed off. Even though Da Zhi's pace wasn't fast, Da Yong couldn't even keep up with them. Just like this, Da Zhi carried the old man as he walked for 500 miles. His body was already able to support the heavens as well as support the earth. His strength was enough to pull out mountains.

Da Yong hastily rushed over and pulled his older brother's arm as he begged, "Big brother, I see that you've already grown into a man that can support the heavens and the earth. Let me carry you 500 miles down there, okay?" As he spoke, he took the old man from his brother and carried him on his back. With the old man on his back, Da Yong was like Da Zhi: one step, one foot long; ten steps, his strength increased by a thousand pounds. The more she walked, the more she walked. When she had walked 500 miles to the west beach, where she was only 50 miles away from home, she had grown taller to the point where she could stand on all fours. At this time, the old man on his back said, "Child, the two of you are sincere in eliminating evil for the people. Now that you two are people that can support the heavens and pull the earth, leave me here and quickly go home to treat that Paddlefish!

Hearing the old man's words, Braveshell squatted down and tried to get the old man to get down. Unexpectedly, he loosened his hands and heard a loud earth-shattering sound behind him, causing the seawater to soar dozens of feet into the air. The two siblings looked back. Ah, where's the white-haired old man? A tall, broad mountain of white stone lay across the western sea, half submerged and half exposed, and became a long island of stone in the sea. (It was called Human Island because it had been formed by the old man in white.) Then the stones were soaked in water until they were gray and black, and they were called the "Isle of Yin").

Seeing this, the two siblings knew that the old man was not a mortal. They quickly kneeled down, kowtowed three times towards the island, kowtowed three times, then turned and hurried back to their hometown.

When the news spread, the people opened the quilt, the coat, the cotton, the melon, the white yarn and gave it to them to twist the rope; some smashed the rice pot and brought the iron, so that they could make fish hooks; some tore up the thatched huts and plucked the grass to give them a straw for their cattle; others tore open the straw mattresses and "tied" the hides and gave them to sew the coats. With the help of the Tuan Tuan villagers, the materials were soon ready. Thus, the two siblings began to work day and night. First spent five days and five nights, twisting a ten thousand-pound, twenty mile length of coarse yarn rope.

After five days and five nights of hard work, a huge hook with a long nose and four sharp edges was created. After five days and five nights, he wrapped the hook in the grass and tied it into a thousand kilograms of grass cattle. He sewed the skin on the outside and carried the fake cow to the edge of the East China Sea. Finally, they tied one end of the thick and long white yarn rope to the hook nose sticking out of the mouth of the cow grass and pulled the other end to the grass twenty miles away. The two pulled tightly with their hands and waited for the Paddlefish to bite the hook before pulling it upwards. It was the fifteenth of the eighth month. At sunrise, the Paddlefish came out of the deep water and wanted to stir up the wind and make waves to come ashore to do harm. When it looked towards the seaside, it saw a yellow cattle the size of a small mountain. It was standing by the seaside, wagging its tail at the sea breeze.

For a moment, the Paddlefish was drooling with greed. It was like a hungry tiger pouncing on its prey. It splashed up onto the beach, opened its big black mouth, and swallowed the big grass cow whole in one gulp. Da Zhi and Da Yong, who were hiding far away, tightened the rope in their hands. Knowing that the Paddlefish was hooked, they immediately pulled on the rope with their hands, turned around and pulled on the rope with their lives. The big fish hook in the stomach of the big grass cow that was swallowed by the Paddlefish sliced open its skin with a single push from the two. It stretched out its long hook tip and caught the internal organs of the clawfish, causing the Paddlefish to jump and jump in the water, beating up the waves and shaking the earth. Da Zhi and Da Yong used all their strength to pull upwards, causing Paddlefish s to desperately fall into the deep water. Every time the two siblings took a step forward, they would trample on a part of the ground and step into a deep ditch. They took a step and rested; took a rest, and stepped into a deep pit. The streams of sweat flowed into the deep pit and accumulated a pool of water, and so, one after another, they dragged the Paddlefish forward eighteen paces, eighteen miles, and out of a deep trench eighteen miles long. After that, they took eighteen breaks, and in eighteen big pits they accumulated eighteen pools of sweat (later, they called the first nine bays the "inner nine" and the last nine bays the "outer nine").

At this time, when the people of the 48 Tuan heard that Da Zhi and Da Yong brothers and sisters had caught Paddlefish, they all came to help. It was true that the two of them were "on the same page", and with the help of their 48th Tuan Faction, they became even more energetic. Everyone worked together to pull the Paddlefish from the morning to the night, finally pulling it from the deep water to the shallow water, and from the shallow water to the beach. When they reached the island made of stone by the white-robed old man on the western shore, the Paddlefish was also facing south with its tail facing north. Its back was high and its belly facing the ground, dragging it up to the east coast. The brother and sister made people stop, tied the thick white yarn to the pegs of the stone island, and then, under the moonlight, led the villagers home to celebrate the victory and the reunion. In the evening, Tuan Tuan's families gathered together to eat fruit and drink wine. Everyone's face was full of smiles, and Tuan Tuan began to sing happily again.

At this time, Da Zhi and Da Yong were afraid that the Paddlefish would break its ropes, spit out its fishing hook and escape back to the East Sea to harm people. Ignoring the fatigue of the past few days, one held onto a harpoon and the other held onto a bow and arrow, they walked out of the house and arrived at the shore. They stood on the back of the Paddlefish, guarding it day and night. Their tall bodies stood erect on the ground, unshakable in the wind, unshakable in the rain … Later on, after who knows how many years or how many generations had passed, the Paddlefish's remains turned into a mountain that was thirty miles long from north to south, and thirty miles wide from east to west. Because the mountain was formed by the Paddlefish, people called it "Mountain Riding", and the southern part of the mountain was called "Mountain Riding". Until now, he could still find eight large rocks formed from fishes' fangs at the bottom of the Hapi Cliff, which was located on top of the mountain and close to the sea.

Legend has it that before the Eight Immortals crossed the sea, they sat on it to rest, and later on they called it the "Eight Immortals Pier." The north of the mountain is called "Tail of the Mountain". Since the late Ming Dynasty, when pirates frequently harassed the coastal areas, the emperor had stationed troops here to guard the sea, and ever since, "Mountain Riding" had become "Mountain Riding Guard." Because of the steep mountain climbing, climbing is particularly laborious, it was later called "Lao Shan." After the climb, the literati wrote poems and wrote essays for remembrance, and then added the word "mountain" next to the word "Lou", which became today's "Laoshan".

I don't know what kind of magic this story has, but I actually have to listen to it almost every night. I don't want to sleep until I'm done listening to it, so I've already developed this habit until I gradually grew up and stopped using my grandfather's story to hypnotize myself. However, I still often have dreams about this story.
