C4 Four

Lydia's POV

The week had been less shitty after the dinner. It was Friday atlast. Actually the week had gone by real quick, if you ask me.

I had not seen Blake much and I had been busy because of the burden of the homeworks and projects that they had assigned for us.

It was the lunch time right now. No sight of the bad boys. Alessa and Julia were chatting and talking about some random shit that I am not aware about.

My life is getting boring. From last few days I hadn't been attending the lunch time and instead I used to be in library, completing my homeworks.

I groaned as I banged my head on the table. I groaned once again because I had hit too damn hard.

Alessa and Jules gave me a funny look while I rubbed my forehead. And then, I heard a thud voice and I didn't look back because I knew who had entered.

Nate, River and Blake.

I heard the sound of footsteps coming near us and then Nate and River sat on their usual spots.

"I am throwing a party" Nate declared, randomly after greeting us. "When?" Alessa asked him because Julia was too busy looking at her hands.

"Tonight and I want you three to attend it" he said but he was looking straight at Julia who was blushing red.

"I can't come. I am busy tonight" I said as I looked at my painted nails to avoid their eyes. "Oh, and why is that?" River asked me, raising an eyebrow as I looked up.

"Well, I have a lot of homework and I don't want to waste my time for a stupid party" I said as I looked around the canteen.

Want to guess what I saw?

Blake was kissing some random chick, again.

I heard Nate fake gasp. "My party is so not stupid. You wound me too much Lydia" he said as he dramatically kept his hand on his heart.

I stuck my tongue at him and he chuckled while shaking his head. The real reason why I wasn't going was because parties become a bit of a headache sometimes.

And, I don't want a freaking headache.

"Okay then. If you don't come then Julia shouldn't come too" Nate declared and my eyes shot up at him.

He knew that Jules was crushing hard on him and he was taking advantage of he situation. He knew that Julia will kill me if I don't say 'yes' now.

I felt Julia's glare on me as I narrowed my eyes at Nathan.

That traitor!

"Okay. I will come" I said as I scrunched my nose.

Stupid idiots!

"Did I just hear it right? Worthington's sweetheart is attending a big party" Blake's annoying voice rang in my ears and I groaned for the third time.

"What do you want Blake? I am already in a fucking shitty mood today. Don't annoy me or I will castrate you" I threatened him and he raised his hand up in surrender.

"Violent women" he murmured as he sat on the chair next to me.

"Why are you here anyways! Don't you want to suck other girl's faces?" I asked him as I shifted my chair away from him.

He shifted his chair closer to me in return and I glared at him while he smirked.

"Why? Are you jealous, princess?" He asked to annoy me even further. "Someone really wants to get castrated today" I declared and looked at the Nate, River, Alessa and Julia.

They were amused by the situation.

Idiots.

"I need some coffee in my system" I declared and stood up to bring some coffee.

Blake stood up with me but I chose to ignore him. I went and stood in the line with Blake. I ordered a cold coffee with 2 scoops of ice cream and Blake ordered the same.

Ignore that alien, Lydia. Ignore him.

The barista handed us our orders. I was about to take out my money to pay him but Blake beat me in it.

He paid the barista. "Keep the change" he said as he walked away with a smug look.

He is going to be killed today.

I took deep breaths as I went back to my seat and started drinking my coffee from heaven.

If I have forgotten to mention it, then yes, our highschool has a franchise of Starbucks in our cafeteria.

I love my canteen more than I love my school.

I felt good after drinking the coffee. It made me more alert and made me feel good. I got my coffee-drinking habit because of my mom.

Blake kicked my leg from under the table. I closed my eyes shut. That douche is pushing my buttons and believe me I won't hesitate to kill him.

"Pssht Lydia" Blake said and I looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"You look like a penguin" he said with a grin and I barged out of the cafeteria and straight to my next class.

We are back at home. And believe me, I don't have clothes.

I don't know what I am going to wear at Nate's party. "I don't have anything!" I said as I groaned.

"You have a closet filled with clothes. Go and blow dry your hair. Jules will do the makeup and hair while I find the perfect outfit for you" Alessa ordered.

I sighed as I obliged and blow dried my hair.

Soon enough, my make up and hair were don't. Atlast!

Alessa had found an outfit for me too. I am wearing a cute purple crop-top and pairing it up with black leather mini skirt which I didn't knew existed.

I wore my outfit and then I wore my black heeled-boots and grabbed my phone. Two of them were ready in no time and we were leaving soon.

I looked at myself in the mirror and what I saw amazed me. The had the perfect make up on, her blue eyes vibrant. Her lips were painted red.

Her purple half sleeved crop-top hugging her perfectly and the leather skirt did wonders.

I looked amazing.

Actually, we all looked amazing. Julia and Alessa are already pretty and the makeup always does wonders on their faces.

They both had decided to wear dresses. Julia wore a black dress while Alessa wore a red dress.

I was brought out of my thoughts when they dragged me towards Alessa's car.

We sat inside and left for the party.
