Jee Cheng'an helped his mother back to her room, settling her into a comfortable chair. He quickly poured her a glass of water, hoping it would ease her mind and give him a moment to gather his thoughts. "How should I ask Mom about this?" he wondered, so distracted that he didn't notice the water overflowing the glass.
