Shen Hao let out a cold laugh, "You overestimate yourself!"

"Binhai Company will carry on without you!"

Upon hearing this, Soong Cheng's face turned pale, and he stumbled backward several steps.

"You can't fire me!"

"In a few days, many businesses and companies will want to renew their contracts. If you fire me, who will handle these tasks for you?"

Soong Cheng pleaded with Shen Hao, desperate like a drowning man clutching at his last lifeline.

Unexpectedly, Shen Hao sneered again.

"I don't need you for these tasks anymore!"

No sooner had he spoken than a voice from the system echoed in his mind.

Outside, two car horns blared in front of the Binhai Building.

All eyes turned to see a stylish car door swing open.

A tall, striking woman stepped out.

She was stunning, with an equally impressive figure.

She exuded the air of a polished, elite businesswoman.

Her gaze swept over the onlookers before settling on Shen Hao.

The next moment, she approached Shen Hao with a smile.

"Hello, are you Mr. Shen?"

"I'm Liu Mengxi!"

Liu Mengxi extended her right hand to Shen Hao.

Soong Cheng's expression soured, but he persisted, "I've worked at Binhai for many years; I have the necessary experience!"

"She's only 20; she can't possibly manage the company effectively!"

"Director Shen, please reconsider!"

Mengxi turned to face Soong Cheng, her presence becoming increasingly commanding.

"I must interrupt you!"

Mengxi regarded Soong Cheng with a chilly gaze, her voice icy.

"Firstly, allow me to introduce myself."

"I am a Harvard Business School alumna with dual master's degrees in Economics and Sociology."

"Additionally, I served as the General Manager of Ximo Company for three years!"

Soong Cheng was taken aback.

Mengxi was undoubtedly a top-tier elite!

Ximo Company was a global leader in finance!

Mengxi observed Soong Cheng's stunned expression, a hint of disdain flickering in her eyes.

"Now, tell me, am I capable of taking over your role and effectively managing the company?"

Soong Cheng's face twisted into a grimace upon hearing her words, and he murmured, "You most certainly can!"

To Soong Cheng, Mengxi's credentials were impeccable!

He was baffled as to how Shen Hao managed to recruit someone of Mengxi's caliber!

"Shen Hao, I concede that I have underestimated you!"

"But you must have made a significant sacrifice to bring Mengxi on board!"

"You're mistaken!" Mengxi's voice rang out.

"It was I who proactively sought out a position at Mr. Shen's company!"

Soong Cheng's eyes bulged as he turned to Shen Hao in amazement.

He couldn't fathom what made Shen Hao so alluring.

Shen Hao noticed the astonishment in Soong Cheng's eyes and allowed himself a smile.

He was indeed a victor in life!

In the conference room of the Binhai Building.

At this point, the department managers of Binhai Property Management had gradually assembled.

"What's going on? Why has Manager Soong called for a meeting so abruptly?"

Lee Hee, the Lease Department supervisor, looked around, visibly perplexed.

The other department managers were equally befuddled and obviously couldn't provide Lee Hee with answers.

"I have no idea. Manager Soong sent out a sudden message, claiming he had an important announcement!"

"Could it have something to do with the recent contract renewals with Binhai Building clients?"

"Is it possible he's considering a rent adjustment?"

The department managers speculated amongst themselves.

Zhou Aihua's gaze sharpened. After a brief pause, she spoke up, "I've heard a piece of news."

"Our company has a new chairman!"

Zhou Aihua's announcement brought an abrupt silence to the bustling conference room.

Shocked expressions spread across the faces of the department managers as they quickly pressed Zhou for details.

"Ms. Zhou, what's going on?"

"Why was there a sudden change in chairmanship?"

"Who's the new chairman? He's not going to come after us, is he?"

"I doubt it. After all, we're long-standing employees of the company!"

Their speculation was cut short by a knock on the door.

The meeting room door swung open, and Soong Cheng entered first.

"Manager Soong!"

The department managers promptly stood and called out to him in greeting.

Soong Cheng, lacking his usual vigor, simply gestured for them to sit.

"Please, take your seats."

"I have an important announcement to make."

Soong Cheng leaned heavily on the conference table, as if without its support, he might collapse.

With the department managers looking on in confusion, he continued, "The ownership of the Binhai Building and the chairmanship of Binhai Property Management have been transferred!"

"Please welcome our new Chairman, Mr. Shen Hao!"

The sound of footsteps approached.

Shen Hao entered the room, followed by Liu Mengxi. The two figures made their way into the conference hall.

Shen Hao positioned himself at the head of the table, his eyes scanning the department managers.

"Good day to you all. As of today, I am the chairman of Binhai Property Management!"

"I am also the new owner of the Binhai Building!"

Upon hearing Mr. Shen Hao's introduction, the department managers gasped in surprise.

"He looks familiar!"

"Shen Hao? Wasn't he one of our security guards?"

"Exactly! We used to see him every day on our way into the office. That's why he seemed so familiar!"

"Can a security guard really become a chairman?"
