When Murong Ning woke up, Yi Tianlin put on his clothes and sat by her bedside.

For a moment, Murong Ning thought that Yi Tianlin was waiting for her.

Yi Tianlin didn't say anything, he merely opened the porcelain bottle in his hand, and poured out a pill from his mouth, which he placed in the center of his palm, and handed it over to Murong Ning.

Everything that had happened that night had been like a dream. The days that followed were still the same.

Yi Tianlin's eyes were deep, "Tomorrow, I will have the things prepared."

She understood all of it.

She was willing, as long as he was happy.

Yi Tianlin's lowered eyes flashed with light, as though he wanted to say something. In the end, he did not say anything, turned around and carried Murong Ning, walking towards the bed.

That night, Yi Tianlin stayed in Murong Ning's room.

When Murong Ning woke up, he was no longer by his side.

She thought that Yi Tianlin would still be like last time, waiting for her to wake up and eat some pregnancy prevention pills. But this time, he didn't.

After that, he sent many experts to her, but Murong Ning didn't take any of them, he only brought along the boy who went into her room last time.

A few days later, the boy returned with the antidote.

Murong Ning however did not come back as she had been detained by the Prince Mo in the Duke Palace.
