Lost Love

Episode 1

Stacy's Pov

I tried acting like I didn't care but my heart kept telling me otherwise. There was this look in his eyes that made me feel that he started developing feelings for me

To my best knowledge I am still too young for this so I tried walking away when he held my hands

"Hey I am Andrew, may I know your name please" he said looking me direct to the eyes

"No I can't," I said rudely. To me he seems like a stalker

"Wow that guy is handsome, you can have a chance with him," suggested Becca, my childhood friend.

I looked at the whole situation as just a fun Catch so I reprimanded her for her statement,

"besides I already have a boyfriend" I told Becca

Though he was just turned down by me, his resolution was not to give up on me , l imagined just how handsome he was, the most of all the guys I have met in my 18 years on planet earth.

I got into the car but noticed something

was off with the way Becca looked at me. She suspected something was not right in the way I talked to that handsome fellow.

Well I just gave him a piece of my mind, I didn't do anything wrong

I tried explaining to Becca when my speech was caught short by an incoming call from an international number.

"I wonder who that is!" Becca popped out

Hello, who is this? I asked as I answered the call

"Babe it is me Jake" Jacob answered

I couldn't believe myself as I never thought I would hear from my boyfriend since he travelled to the United States.

"Hey babe how are you doing I am just calling to tell you that I will be coming back next week" Jake explained the reason for his call.

Ok Jake I will be waiting for your return

At that moment all I could imagine was my life coming back to normal again.

"Back then when Jacob was around you would always run to him when you are crying" Stacy reminded me of my old times with Jacob

Yeah he was my all that time! I recalled

"Well what of now won't you still have a good time with him?"

Stacy queried me after my statement with no hope

"Who knows he might be a spoilt brat for all I know" I came to an unjustified resolution

After all the conversations we headed into the car as I instructed the driver to move out

"My dad will be appointed the new CongressMan by tomorrow. I hope you will be there?" Becca requested

which I replied affirmatively.

"I will be going to the hospital now, " I told my driver after we dropped Becca off.

it has been two weeks since I last visited the hospital

Few hours later we finally arrived at the hospital as I ran inside, straight to my father's office but he was not there.

Immediately I came out to seek answers of my father's where about when I heard gunshots outside the gate

I held my shoes in my hands as I tried running towards the hospital door when my surrounded me with there guns in there hand

" what was that " I asked in a confusing tone

"Ma please stay put" one of my guards said

"Every where is clear now" the gate man said

There was an unknown car that drove towards the hospital as they opened the door and dropped a young girl outside the hospital after which they released some bullets into the air and drove off.

"What's going on here?" I asked but everyone was so busy listening to me. Then I yelled again for the last time but this time with a louder voice Immediately there was a bit of silence.

"Madam Stacy some armed men dropped this poor girl outside the hospital" one of the hospital staff said

I walked closer to see the girl check if she was still alive. So I recommended that she was giving immediate attention.

I walked towards the car, my driver opened the door as I was about to step in when my phone rang

I picked the call after knowing the caller to be my father.

"Where are you dear, hope you are fine?" my father asked inquisitively

"I am alright dad, hope you are too?" I asked in return

After a long talk on the phone his PA reminded him he will be attending a meeting by 4

it was almost time so I bid goodbye to him as I hung up the call.

In another attempt to enter the vehicle when a speedy ambulance drove into the hospital and the nurses rushed out with a pram pushchair carrying a blood dripping patient into the hospital

My eyes met whom I thought would be the last creature I expected to see in this colony

At first I thought to myself that it could just be a resemblance but it could not be as much of a coincidence that I met Andrew In this hospital.

I felt confused as how the woman on the pram was related to him, maybe it could be his mother or his sister; I thought as I walked closer to the ambulance

All this ran through my mind as I gave a deaf ear to my driver who had been calling me for some time now suggesting we go home before the night falls

"I want you to kill him as soon as possible" An old woman requested

"It will be hard ma since he was an ex military commander" Bryan told Boss Gladys

"well I don't care Bryan do what you have to do

I need him dead before Next week, I need to bring down my enemies one by one" Boss Gladys explained in rage

"Yes Ma" He conquered

"Madam Gladys had a rage against all those people who made her life hell in the past, so let's get to work " I explained to Nanny Esther as she joined me in my room when I was watching the TV.

Leonard's Pov

We arrived at Mr Patrick's Residence when we found him jogging out of his home

We stayed in the car to monitor him movement, since the area wasn't deserted enough to adopt him

He jogged towards the main road which was crowded with both motorists and pedestrian, so we had no chances of getting him

We followed him till he entered the park

"Why don't we attack him now Leonard, he is alone" Jethro suggested

Then another agreed to his suggestion. We drove the car ahead of him and blocked him as some of my men came down to abduct him.

He agreed to come peacefully with us as one of my men held his hands

Immediately he held him at the throat, snap the gun from his hands and pointed the gun to his head

I stepped down from the car in anger moving towards him, which he threatened to pull the trigger if I came an inch closer

I had no choice but to give out an order to retreat as we move backwards towards the car

Mr Patrick held him by the neck as he pointed the gun towards us as he made his way backwards

Jethro's neck hurts as he was pulled backwards, suddenly he thought of retaliating as he used his elbow to hit him on the face

The hit was so hard that Patrick let go of him as he tried running away when I fired Bullets at him but still made his way

We rushed into the van as we tried chasing after him when we suddenly saw the cops arrival

"I think we should head back to the hideout before the cops get to us " suggested Jethro

Immediately we drove back out

My mum was taken to the surgery room as I was asked to stay outside and wait for the operation to be over then I went out the building to take In some fresh air when I saw this girl looking at me

Though her face looks familiar to me , I could not remember due to the pressure bestowed upon me by the recent happenings. I felt like crying but tears did not come out So I blamed myself for everything that happened

Suddenly I remembered my sister. I wondered where she could be as I thought if the Bosses men had gotten to her before she could make her escape.

"How is the female patient that was brought in few hours ago doing" one of the doctors ask a female nurse practitioner

"She suffered from haemorrhage but her condition is stable now doctor" the nurse replied

Immediately I walked up to doctor ken asking how my mother was but got no positive response rather he encouraged me to wait till the operation was over.

Suddenly doctor Bruce came out, his face all stressed out which made it difficult for me to know if all was well
