C5 CHAPTER FIVE

"You would have to let the media publish this on tomorrow's daily times". "Buh, this is going to be a scoundrel". The guy interrupted. "Do you still love Claire?". Janette asked. "Okay!..., I will". He agreed. "Ermm!..., What's your name?". "Oh, sorry for no introduction, I'm Kylo". He said as they soon part ways. Janette and Chloe were both overwhelmed about getting something against Claire.

The Elrods woke up to the loud noise of the paparazzi. Janette rushed to switch on the hall's television as the news casters announced the mystery behind Adrian and Claire's marriage. Everyone was appalled by the news they heard, Adrian looked at Claire furiously as he approached her and turned her to him. "So you stoop soo low that you even told the media about Mila eloping with her lover". "No!, Believe me, I didn't do anything..., I know nothing abo....".

"Shut up!, I know girls like you..., You took advantage of your sister's foolishness and fooled me". Adrian went ballistic as Claire stood there confused about the situation. "Claire!, Why did you do this...., I'm ashamed". Mr Elrod said in disappointment. "How shameless can you be!, Claire!". Janette added. "You should believe me.., I swear, I didn't leak the scoundrel". Claire pleaded as everyone left her feeling disappointed by her.

Later in the day, Chloe and Janette were both celebrating about how their plan had succeeded. "Wow!, Janette, you are too good..., I didn't know they are going to fall for this...". "Yeah!, You know me, I'm the queen of scoundrels". Janette praised herself as they heard clapping as a lady entered the room. "Well!, Well!.., well!...., So you guys did all this, I'm going to expose you two". Claire stepped in the room as she had heard their conversation earlier.

"How?, Do you have any evidence or prove". Janette asked in a cheeky tone. "I'm going to get prove... , Watch out!". Claire said as she exited the room. "That was close Janette.., don't you think she can get prove against us". Chloe asked feeling nervous. "No, girl, she can never find evidence against us". Janette assured Chloe. Mr Elrod later called everyone and announced the paparazzi's visit to their mansion the weekend. The Elrods had plenty of questions to answer.

Claire got chances to expose Janette and Chloe. She met Kylo the day before the paparazzi's visit. She had convinced him to tell him if Janette and Chloe had come to him to blackmail him of his love for her and Kylo told her everything that had happened and he even promised to tell the paparazzi. Claire felt a feel of relief when Kylo said that. "Awnn!...., Claire, you are going to be ousted from this mansion pretty soon". Chloe mocked. "Oh yeah!, Wait and see, I have evidence against you !". Claire buttered out.
